STATES ARE OBLIGED TO DISARM AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THEIR CUSTOMARY

a. NWS must accept and enforce existing nuclear
arrangements and agreements (eg. Ban on nuclear
testing etc.) (so total ban or what, since NNWS, hardline
guro.. so dapat coherent sya sa tanan ha)
b. Complementary measures must be undertaken to
combat WMD Terrorism (okay, enumerate na lang then gamay
na discussion.. add also actions sa mga NNWS on this, like naa bay
local laws or regional agreements sa asean or eu on nuclear weapons
ban or something)
c. Disarmament for Sustainable development. SDGs
should be utilized to raise awareness of disarmament
and nonproliferation issues (specify unsa na SDG ang maigo,
and then if you can discuss intergenerational responsibility, then go.. )
