 INTRODUCTION

It has been established since the beginning of time the ever

increasing drift between man and his Creator.
These self imposed misconceptions surrounding the english word
God has refused manwho is an exact trio spiritual replica of his
makerthe authority to come in contact and remain in contact
with divine direction through subjectiveness and adherence to
intuition, leading the subtle forces of mind to courses of actions
that reveal the true nature of God in the simplicity of mans
effectiveness.

THIS PROCESS IS WHAT WE ARE HERE FOR.

It takes a while to totally grasp the structures behind the laws of

creation but none the less, ones ignorance regarding these ideas
does not in any way halt or alter the processes and powers of these
conceptual laws, as this would almost simply imply gravity
choosing which bodies to act on and what moments to be more or
less effective here on planet earth.
Man must first re program his state of mind and re invent his core
belief systems in other to achieve total dominance and absolute
control over abundance, health, wealth, time, knowledge and
every matter on and above the earths surfaceas this is his
rightful heritage.

WE ARE ALL MADE OF ONE UNIVERSAL STUFF

 The same stuff we comprise of is ironically the same stuff
inanimate objects are equally made of, but i will speak on this in
detail as the book goes further.
However, it is mandatory that spiritual unanimity is the core
purpose of stating and establishing this obsoleted belief.

Now going by the never changing phenomena that Like attracts

Likealso known as the Law of attraction we hereby see that
the conduct of creation becomes clear-cut once we come truly of
the understandingthe popular scriptural obligation

Go ye therefore and multiply

As early mathematics shows us multiplication deals with the
repetition of variable values to attain precise results, and repetition
shows us the basis to any form of mastery or discipline.

Self mastery, discipline, and the repetitive meditation on the

teachings of this bookwhich is more a less a guideshall show
you a new light and angle of sight, one certain of the presence of
peace and truth, balanced in the scale of divine reality as this is
our rightful heritage.

For certainty must yield its focus and a frequency yet to be

reached awaits your tune.
 FOREWARD
It is of great importance i let you know before hand the
unorthodox approach expressed in the structuring of this book.
With the aim of conveying these ideas as vividly as possible, two
dimensional diagrams and graphs are illustrated in the midst of
these texts but none the less, my sole purpose of writing this book
is to spark the healthy contemplation the mind needs to weigh and
balance what we consider truth and what is in fact,Truth.

Unfortunately the majority of my peer including myself, were

brought up in homes and cultures where possessing a different or a
rather slightly unique view on life automatically suggests rebellion
to the natural order of existence.

AS IF WE KNEW WHAT MYSTERIES NATURE HOLDS

This is majorly because of parental attachments to societal

standards powered by conformity. Conformity being a virus that
kills the masses but slowly and society merely a non existent
delusional ground for competition, comparisons and heir achy.

LESSON ONE

ENERGY

ENERGY is that unseen force that can either be induced,

suggested, acquired through deliberate intent or subconscious
summoning.

The word summoning expressed in this text as spiritual as it may

seem, is equally applicable in the exoteric concepts of life as
regarding the acquisition of wealth and the many desires of man.

It is thus from this observation a relative conclusion has been

drawn as to why believerssupposed practitioners of
righteousnessremain dependent financially whilst the perceived
evil crowd bask in abundance.

A little more emphasis would be laid on this idea in preceding

chapters but before then i would like to bring to light a particular
type of energy as it is incumbent we understand all energies have
distinctive wave lengths, and that of negative energy is one of
despondency.

NEGATIVE ENERGY IS DETRIMENTAL TO BEING, AND AS
CONTAGIOUS AS AIDS

Have you ever pondered on how a single phone call from the
wrong person, at the wrong time, on the wrong day, can and will
influence your mood?
This reality of course paves exception to the masters of mind who
comprehend fully the craft of mental defense through the
affirmation of the I AM, a technique we must all learn if we are
to effectively defeat the diminishing influences of negative energy.

However, not to drift from the above expression, if you choose to

lay focus on this slight disturbance by reacting, the energetic forces
behind the emotionsrage and/or disgustrapidly drops your
initial frequency and carries in it the possibility and occult
permission to constantly produce similar occurrences with
different characters, different scenarios but the same result,
NEGATIVE ENERGY.

THIS IS THE ANIMATING POWER OF THOUGHT AND

EMOTION

Yet, to the man who finds comfort in control, he wills himself the
ability to see situations of this kind as what they truly are, mere
pebbles cast on the sea surface which must in time suppress its
own rippling effect naturally as he now understands the principles
of mind and its effect on his realties and circumstance. An ability
we can all acquire through mental discipline by consecration.

With the help of the ever powerful super conscious mind, the
human body and all its experiencesvarying in frequencymust
always spur from a subtle space in the subconscious mind, acted
upon by the active mind or conscious mind and given strength
through the ever effective medium of suggestive repetitions, or
what id like to call mental habits.

THIS, IN MENTAL SCIENCE IS WHAT WE CALL ENERGY

RECYCLING
 Evidently an unconscious act of reproducing alternating realities
in your life through the powers of mind as a result of disharmony
with the laws governing the universe, or a conscious act of
creating the greater and purer things in life through sustained
control of thought and right use of imagination, emotion and
action.

But unfortunately, as a result of wrong mental habits, it becomes

rather easy to produces the former as the latter requires discipline,
the right mental attitude and an apt amount of control over the
energies we emit. This is why it is incumbent, as students of mental
science, that we understand the effects our energies have on us as
we have now seen that these effects stretch out and become
realities. And every reality or circumstance is a product of each
thought and emotion pondered upon over a particular period of
time, better yet, a time period long enough to impress such
energies unto our sub conscious minds and re produce them as
experiences. Hence, we call it energy recycling simply because
energy can neither be created nor destroyed but transformed from
a form to the other, this is why it is not enough alone to have a
positive mental approach but to hold it in mind and spirit that a
positive feeling must reproduce positive energy which in time, shall
be made manifest and crystallized as an experience of some sort
sooner or later.

Once again, the animating power of thought and emotion playing

its vital role in the creating of the world we see about us, revealing
to us the inherent possibilities each thought and emotion carries as
we use them daily and pointing out distinctively the process of
energy recycling as mentioned in the above text.

 It is important we understand the principles governing the
movements of energy, for as long as energy is expressed it must re
produce itself in the process in order to fulfill its chain of
existence.
By now it should be obvious that the energy we talk about here is
not that you get from a battery as that will imply a chemical and
toxic, thereby finite form of energy, although its resultssome sort
of poweris as an expression of the same theory pertaining the
movement of forces we seek to illustrate.
That being said, the energy we speak of here is the one life force
that exists in all animate and inanimate object, the sustaining
element in all beings and the very creator and architect we call
God.
He is, in Himself, the battery man needs to function at optimal
rate.
THE I AM THAT I AM
God is energy, divine energy and the source of all forms of energy,
for all forms of energy is derived from divine energy, the core, and
this core is the centre of all consciousness holding together all
living and non living beings and dispensing at will, varying
energies to each individual irregardless of shape or size but with
respect to the frequency emitted by such individual.
Simply meaning, you receive the energy you emit. If you wake up
in the morning and say to yourself today is a good day , indeed
today must be a good day as long as you hold in consciousness the
thought and feeling of a good day all through the day, it is the
holding of consciousness that is the means at which we decide
which form of energy we make room for. If you hold a
consciousness of negativity, you breed negative energy and all its
dire consequences that follow, if you hold the thoughts and
emotions of positivity you attract all things good and hereby work
in harmony with the laws of the universe, as the ultimate law of
the universe is love and love is good for love is God.
 This invisible catalyst of nature is available to all of Gods
creations as it is, in its very essence, God in motion through the
mobilizing power of the Word.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God
- 1 John 1:1

It is this word that carries within itself the energies of the world,
for the word is God and therefore possess all power and means of
expressing God, here on earth.
And this explains the process of creation as we know it, for it was
the speaking of this word into the consciousness of nature that
brought about humanity and all forms of creation. The transfer of
energy from one core, the divine source, into various forms of life
is the metaphysical reality of our genesis.
I must say, the transference of energy is an eternal verity and the
sole source of all reality but just as any law or immutable
principle, its wrong application is assured to deliver adverse
effects. Albert Einsteins great theory of relativity and the
destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki is a great example of the
wrong application of knowledge we speak of, as chaos and demise
were the results of these events and that of course was never the
plan of the genius as he made very clear after the second world
war, but lack of understanding on the proactive nature of law and
its mechanisms of precision remained the fault on the part of the
various nuclear scientists that possessed and misused the theory of
relativity for ignoble causes.
Simply illustrating, if a man be careless and exposes his energy
core or life force to negative influences, its just a matter of time
before he or she remains in this state of distress and eventual
destruction if a positive frequency is not attained consciously
through swift energy recycling.
 However, it is greener on the other side of the grass when one
decides to channel into his experiences the brighter things in life by
harnessing and exacting a great deal of effort through the medium
of thought.
This process of thought control has proven to raise the awareness
of whoever takes it into cognizance and is the only way to truly
remain in charge of what energy and eventual realities we allow
into our lives.
THIS IS A WORTHY SACRIFICE
AND ETERNAL INVESTMENT MADE IN
THE BANK OF GOD.
For nothing is gotten or rightly earned without sacrifice and this is
no different when it comes to the matters of the mind.
Knowing this, man must begin first by sacrificing self defeating
belief systems and mental patterns caused by suggestions and past
pain experiences, giving room to a productive, brighter and
uplifting mental attitude that must one day reveal its benefits in the
experiences of our daily lives whilst developing the positive habits
of energy recycling, for only then can he have the power to choose
freely all circumstances that he wishes to take part in and only
then can he truly become a part in this never ending process we
call creation.

This is the only way to redeem his ignorance and set up a

parameter whereby the joys and beauties of this world and the
world beyond can become manifest in the environment which he
finds himself in.

For this remains our birth right, a world filled with possibilities
and opportunities as we have now seen the relationship between
emotion, thought and experience, we must now make it our duty
to control and determine which energy we allow into our
consciousness.
 THIS IS MASTERY

THIS IS THE POWERFUL PURPOSE OF MAN.

THE ABILITY TO CONTROL AND DETERMINE THE KIND

OF LIFE HE WISHES TO POSSESS LIES IN THE PROPER
CHANNELLING OF ENERGY.

IT IS SUCH A GREAT FEELING KNOWING THERE IS A

SOURCE OF ENERGY WITHIN EACH AND EVERYONE OF
US WHENCE WE CAN TAP INTO AT LEISURE, A SOURCE
WHERE THE BIRDS RECEIVE THE POWER TO FLY, THE
LEOPARD RECEIVES ITS POWER TO RUN AND MAN
RECEIVES HIS POWER TO BE MAN.
WHATS MORE INTERESTING IS THE FACT THAT ALL
MEN HAVE ACCESS TO THIS GREAT SOURCE OF ENERGY,
BOTH THE RICH AND THE POOR, THE WISE AND THE
FOOLISH, THE OLD AND THE YOUNG. HOWEVER, NOT
ALL MEN ARE ENJOYING THIS GREAT SOURCE OF
ENERGY AS MANY HAVE NOT COME IN TERM WITH THE
REALITY OF OUR ONENESS WITH DIVINE ENERGY.
THE OCEAN PRODUCES SALT WATER, A CUP OF WATER
FROM THE OCEAN MUST TASTE LIKE SALT WATER,
HENCE THE CUP OF WATER HOLDS ALL THE QUALITIES
OF THE BODY OF WATER WHENCE IT CAME FROM, AND
THIS IS A SIMPLE ANALOGY SHOWING US HOW MAN
AND GOD ARE INDEED CUT FROM THE SAME CLOTH.
HIS ENERGY IS OUR ENERGY TO USE FOR THE FATHER IS
A BENEFICENT FATHER AND DEEMS FEET ONLY GOOD
TO THOSE WHO ACKNOWLEDGE HIS EVER INDWELLING
PRESENCE; HIS EVER INDWELLING ENERGY.
 MOOD IS REFINED ENERGY

YOUR MOOD COMES ABOUT AS A RESULT OF THE TYPE

OF ENERGY YOU EMIT, TO BE IN A GOOD MOOD SIMPLY
MEANS GOOD VYBES HAVE BEEN EMITTED HENCE
GOOD VYBES HAVE BEEN RETURNED, THIS CAN
EQUALLY BE SAID IN THE CASE OF A BAD MOOD.

SO THEREFORE, IN ORDER TO CONTROL HOW YOU

FEEL YOU MUST CONTROL HOW YOU THINK, AND THE
PERQUISITE EARED FROM A CONTROLLED THINKER IS
GOOD ENERGY, GOOD ENERGY WHICH MUST IN TURN
PRODUCE GOOD EXPERIENCES, GOOD FEELINGS, AND
GOOD REALITIES AS WE LEARN TO CHANNEL OUR
ENERGIES TOWARDS ENDS OF SUCCESS AND BLISSFUL
MANIFESTATIONS.
THIS IS NOT AN EASY TASK BUT IT IS WELL POSSIBLE, AS
A MATTER OF FACT WE HAVE LITTLE OR NO CHOICE
BUT TO TO HOLD A GRIP ON OUR ENERGY EMITTER,
OUR SOUL. TO UNDERSTAND THAT ALL EMOTIONS WE
ENTERTAIN IN OUR HEARTS MUST BRING ABOUT MORE
OF THAT KIND OF EMOTION IS ENOUGH REASON TO
ENSURE THAT AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY WE MAINTAIN
A MIND STATE OF POSITIVE EMOTIONS, AS THIS IS THE
ONLY WAY TO MAINTAIN THE FREE FLOW OF POSITIVE
ENERGY. FOR WITHOUT POSITIVE ENERGY MAN LIVES
IN TREMBLING WATERS AND SHALL FALL VICTIM TO
THE DEBILITATING CIRCUMSTANCES THAT COME WITH
LIVING A LIFE POWERED BY NEGATIVE ENERGY.

 LESSON TWO

SERENITY

SERENITY IS MANIFESTED UNDERSTANDING

No one brings headphones to the club except the Dj.

Serenity applies as such.

You need not position yourself in environments with opposing

energy at will.
Where you are mentally and emotionally determines what your
soul entertains, hence, what you slowly but surely become.

I say this of course not in the context of external distractionsas

man must learn to exist in peace within equally as he should with
little peace withoutBut rather, this is an expression based on
understanding the benefits of solitude, stillness, poise and its
catalytic effect on creation.
Many times than often, we in the westernized world question and
sometimes mock the lifestyle of the monks in the orient.
Men who have dedicated their lifes to the highest cause ever (the
attainment of the latent, impersonal knowledge of self) which in
time must inevitably yield enlightenment with the help of bodily
and mental exercises, mantras, vows, meditations, and other seeds
of peace.
These practices, to some may seem infernal or boring, but the
truth of the matter is, without such discipline it is hard to attain
the level of serenity required to maintain a vibration that uplifts
the human soul. Peace of mind is the seed, as well as the fruit of
earnest success. Knowing this, it is paramount to engage in
practices such as meditation in order to slow down the rigorous
habit of thinking that comes with living.
 Not for a moment has humanity as a whole seen reason to why
man should forsake his many perceived illusions of happiness as to
indulging in esoteric practices of mind and spirit that grooms his
monistic self, revealing to him his potential powers through the
unerring voice of God that can only be heard in a serene state of
being.

The very few who master these universal principles, in time

become our seers, sages, saviors and masters of the occult.
For the most part of it, we have given in to ignorance and
identified ourselves with little cause to change although change is
constantly occurring with or without our knowledge.

This is relative to both negative change and positive

transformations as it has been established since the first cosmic
day that all forms of change plays its role in the manifestation of
its cause (the expression of the Will and Word of God)
Not to mention, the lessons they holdregardless of moral
groundsare constantly preparing us for eternal life where change
is never moot.
This idea may frighten you, but fear not, fear never!
Rather, lay your hands on books and articles shedding light on
these concepts, meditate and contemplate on your newly found
knowledge. What we will find happening thereafter is just another
case of like attracting like, for as long as you allow the idea of
serenity sink into your consciousness, serenity must manifest itself
in your daily life. And to the degree in which you are just and
earnest in your search for a new, fortified life in tune with the
infinite, to this degree shall you find what you seek.
For man finds only that which he seeks and the human soul is
constantly drawing to its core, more and more of its secret desires
through the subtle forces of thought.

THIS IS THE FOUNDATION OF THEISM.

 I call this the foundation of theism because, the belief in a
supernatural force higher than yourself is the beginning of serenity.
Knowing there is a power higher than yourself that is responsible
for the creation and maintaining of your life gives a certain poise.
It leads you to live a life of less worry as you know for a fact that
the Creator of the business is the maintainer of the business. There
is peace of mind to anyone who knows God, but as a great man
once said To know God, man must first know himself This is
true, as God is the essence of all His creations including man and
God has made it possible for each man to come into a state of
being where constant communication becomes the order of the
day. This constant communication can only come about when we
have serenity playing its role in creating a channel from whence we
hear clearly, the voice of God.
And thus the question followsHow does one become serene?
better yet, how does one stay serene?Well the answer boils down
to the title of this lesson; Serenity is manifested understanding.
Once we understand that it is not in our place to worry about
what we eat, what we wear and how much we earn, we come to
the realization that most of the time, the reason we live a life of
conflictfor the opposite of serenity is conflictis simply because
we worry too much about the things we ought be calm and
faithful about. Lack of understanding begets confusion, but the
moment we become truly aware of the vault hidden deep within
our mortal selves, we find out that there is little or no reason to
worry at all and thus serenity begins to manifest itself simply as a
result of this understanding.
You must become aware of this higher power that governs our
reality. You must live in line with this power. The problem with
most of us is, when we decide to have faith and let God handle
our problems this minute, the next minute we receive a bill, or a
bad message, and suddenly all our faith is lost and once again we
are back to the querulous state of worry.
 My sex driven, alcohol loving generation must go on an endless
search for insight and closure in a bottle, pill or any of these man
made escapes outside the norm of morality, looking outward for
what exists withinSerenitywhen in reality the attribute we seek
lies dormant in crude form, as the underlying base of our very
being, existing right beneath the roots of our minds in a place we
call soulAn infinite manifestation of Spirit yearning and seeking
higher forms of expressionas this is the innate nature of Spirit.
To express, therefore being the exact expressive nature of man. As
man sprung from Spirit and is in fact Spirit.

FOR MAN IS ONE OF THE INFINITE EXPRESSIONS OF

SPIRIT.

Following this analysis, i am sure we are all in harmony with the

idea that man is a product of peace, knowing the creation is never
far from its Creator.
But man has so chosen to cause havoc and harm to humanity,
therefore causing havoc, a lot more havoc to himself via the
irrefutable cause of all good and harm; thought!

These Laws, if not observed and understood, if misused for sordid

fantasies as a result of lack of knowledge as to its proper
application must yield nothing but anxiety, confusion, and in time
death.

For the wages of sin is death. And the word sin, originating from
its greek meaning; to miss the point (in archery), is enough
revelation as to how man has been digging his own grave with his
own brain, simply by missing the point.
 But no worries.
For the same animating power responsible for the illusions of
mans failure is equally the elixir responsible for the creation of all
realities and possibilities of success.

THIS IS A GLIMPSE OF THE IMPERSONAL IDEA OF LIFE ON

EARTH.
ALCHEMY REDEFINED.

To live in the past is to live in fear of the future, therefore

paralyzing ones will to act, if persisted in, condemning his
competence for good.
To live in the future is to live with anxiety in the present, causing
also the same stagnating effect on ones zeal to become.
It takes little effort to see where im headed is the unfailing
doctrine of the now!

This of course cannot be carried out successfully without

tranquility of mind and serenity of being, bringing us to the
nirvana formula which goes as such..

S(M) + NOW + LOY + ACTION = NIRVANA

(LOY meaning; Lessons of yesterday)
(S(M) symbolising Serenity in Mind)

A life always expressing impersonally in the now, with great

expectancy for times ahead, is bound to receive the gifts of the
Heavens as the plants receive the rain and the rays of the sun.

Only through poise and calmness can one conveniently master the
art of living in the now, the only route to eternal success as Ralph
Waldo Trine explained in varying words..
There is not a man who cant live to his fullest potential, hour by
hour, if earnest in his hunt for growth.

This simple illustration is of so much value and the ultimate

formula for success.
Ralph goes further to exclaim the importance of dropping
yesterday and paying no attention to tomorrow, but existing in the
ultimate channel of creation, now.
For sufficient is it to know;

TODAY IS A RESULT OF YESTERDAY

-
TOMORROW IS A PRODUCT OF TODAY

And even more sufficient is it to know that the God responsible

for the allowing of negative circumstance into your life, simply
through the agent of desire, is the God responsible for the
manifesting and revealing of all the beautiful ecstasies of life, also
through the agent of desire. For desire is the activating force of the
expression of the Will of God, a Will that must be expressed
irregardless of mans moral standing but with due respect to mans
conscious and subconscious consent through thought.
Your thoughts of the moment accumulated along side conscious
and subconscious choices of the next moment grows and
crystallizes into day and night, through the illusion of time
experience causes.
Simply stating, all you did yesterday made today, and all youll do
today would mould tomorrow, but why bother with the effect and
not the cause?
If what you do right now designs the next moment, why do you
then bother with the value of time unseen? knowing fully well its
quality is determined by you, your choices and your thoughts this
very moment, this now, even as you read this book.
 However, it is never too late to wake up.
Do not be dismayed by the negative record of thoughts and deeds
as you think your deeds have been jotted down in the cosmos to
hold you guilty and accounted for. Though Laws bring back all
we emit. None the less, the past remains irrelevant and void of
power over man as it is dead, therefore having no authority over
the immortal volition of the Divine Will always seeking expression
through the medium; man.
Still, self inflicted resistance? fear of the unknown?
It will, for a fact kill you.
Yet, the Divine Spirit of God dwelling as the soul temple of each
and every one of usalthough monistic and subtle in naturecan
never successfully express or manifest its whole perfection along
side all ego-self frictions and illusions the restless mind entertains.
As order is the first law of Heaven, it is with high emphasis i reveal
you thus one of the numerous fruits of self realization and the sole
seed of serenity. Stillness.

BE STILL! AND KNOW! I AM GOD!

Behind this thesis on stillness lies the oil that never runs out. But its
full comprehension can only surface after ego dissolution has
taken place and we are ready to exist solely in purity, awake, alive
and humbled without personality just as a newly born child.
This was why the Master Christ made us understand that, without
being as clean and pure as a new born baby it was impossible to
enter into the kingdom of Heaven. Heaven being the mental and
spiritual state that only can be reached through stillness of body
and mind, allowing the soul to become translucent and thus a
channel for the perfect manifestation of God, here on earth.
I would have to dedicate series of books explaining this thesis on
stillness as it is the only way to procure the impersonal knowledge
of Oneness. The only knowledge that matters.
 For once you understand impersonality, you come in terms with
the idea that all things are but one thing. God. and since all things
are but God, then all things must glorify God. You will then come
to realize that man is a special case, for man was made simply for
the purpose of expressing the Will of God, and thus has been
bestowed with the ability to create and influence realities as he
pleases. With this ability comes the power to direct emotions and
thoughts for the better, and so it is mandatory that each man
comes to understand this idea of oneness as it is the stepping stone
to serenity. Only peace of mind can follow when separation is no
longer existent in the mind of man. It is separation that has
brought about fear, and fear has brought about every negative
reality we meet in our lives for fear is simply another catalyst.
The moment we return to our Father within and allow Him
illumine our lives through our conscious realization of oneness, we
start to live a life with such glory for then we would have become
celestial mirrors, reflecting the very nature of God in every action
we make and in every thought we think. Only then, can true
serenity surface for only then do we not have to worry about what
we eat or what we wear for we now know for a fact, that we are
One with the Divine. And if we are one with the Divine, then all
that is of Divine is of us and all that is for the Divine is for us.
Children of the Divine.

It is a spiritual fact that man, finite man, must eventually grow

into this impersonal realization of his Divine nature. However, in
the process each man shall experience the consequences of
neglecting the effort it requires finding, listening and differentiating
the voice of God from that of the ego and thereafter following
earnestly.
We create our heavens and our hells by our own doing. The voice
we choose to listen to must dictate to us a direction for which
either of these two destinations require. There is only one way to
follow the voice of God and that is to know the voice of God. And
the only way to know the voice of God is to quite the voice of the
ego. We can do this through meditations and mental disciplines
but be informed that the sacrifice precedes the benefits.
None the less, it is a sacrifice we all must make if we are to meet
our Maker within. The Architect and Designer of our lives. Our
True Self strong enough to carry us through any turmoil or
turbulence, ready to unveil to us infinite peace and wisdom the
moment we identify and acknowledge Him.

Greater is He that is me, than he that is in the world

Understand this, know this, believe this, and serenity shall find
thee thereafter.
