Supervisor Glaab called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM and led the Pledge of Allegiance to
the Flag.

a. Cleaning of Township Buildings Bid

Motion by Kathlene Van Wasshnova, seconded by Michael Glaab to award the Cleaning of
Township Buildings to Copeland Building Services with a start date of May 15, 2017.
Ayes all, Motion carried.

b. Employee Purchase of Service Credit

Motion by Michael Glaab, seconded by Colleen Lazere to approve Detective Kari Schneider's
purchase of up to eleven (11) months of service credit.
Ayes all, Motion carried.

c. Hiring the Part Time Water Clerk

Motion by Kathlene Van Wasshnova, seconded by Colleen Lazere to hire Stephanie Pelfrey for
the Part Time Water Clerk, with at starting date of May 15, 2017.
Ayes all, Motion carried.

13. BOARD OF TRUSTEES COMMENTS

a. Comments included:

Tire Collection will be June 3rd, 7 am to 1 pm, maximum of ten tires.

Community Wide Garage Sale is July 1st to 9th, no permit required.
August 8, 2017 is a School Election and we will have our new Election equipment for
this Election.

Motion by David Patterson, seconded by Jeremy Cady to adjourn the May 10, 2017 Board of
Trustee meeting at 6:52 p.m.
