Prueba que la ecuacin x ln x = 2 tiene alguna solucin real y encuntrala con una cifra decimal
exacta.
Definimos la funcin f ( x ) = x ln x 2 , f ( x ) es una funcin continua en el intervalo [ 2, 3] por ser suma y producto de funciones
continuas en + , y se cumple que f ( 2 ) < 0 y f ( 3 ) > 0 , ( estamos en las condiciones del teorema de Bolzano ) x0 ( 2 ,3) tal que
f ( x0 ) = 0 x0 es solucin de la ecuacin x ln x 2 = 0.
Aproximemos dicha solucin a una cifra decimal exacta :
