Innovative Advertising

The world that we find ourselves living in will be resourceful in the event we play a role in
creating new advertising modalities and modus operandi.
It is paramount to deviate from traditional patterns of advertising like electronic and print
media.
I reckon it is all about determining the needs of the advertising terrain and conceive
pragmatic solutions.
It is not a hard and fast rule that we have to seek advertising refuge from television and radio
platforms.
There are highly lucrative, simple and innovative advertising modes that are astonishingly
unutilized.

The Government and Government Companies Payroll Advertising Space

There is a huge, elephantine and lucrative advertising space on government and government
corporations employees salary advice.
This is a business opportunity that would benefit client companies, advertisers, workers,
workers descendants, poor children, governments through taxes as well as create job
opportunities.
The advertisers will catch the eye of more than 1.3 million government employees in South
Africa.

the tune of $29 600, and the author will provide to the penurious orphans in the country.

The aforesaid statistics of government does not include members of staff of state companies,
and logic dictates that they are in millions.

In the event there is a country that is inadvertently left out by the author, the author profusely
apologises.
However, the names of the countries that do not appear on this article have no total number of
civil servants depicted on reliable research sources.

Nonetheless, they do have state and state corporations employees and they are not excluded
from this highly inventive advertising modus operandi. They are also not excluded and
alienated from philanthropic gestures of the author.

It is mind-boggling and baffling that there are no advertisers in the salary slips
of civil servants as well as employees of state companies in mixed economies.

The aforesaid statistic is not inclusive of the huge number of employees working for
government parastatals.

However, the salary advice of government employees as well as government

companies from all over the World does not contain and encompass adverts.

They represent a huge and lucrative advertising space as our governments

from all over the World are gargantuan employers. The state corporations are
also vast employers.

A big plus is that government and government parastatals employees have a

healthy buying power. They will therefore be highly beneficial to the
advertisers.

The aforesaid employees also have procurement powers for services and
products needed by government.

They have the power to send Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from companies.

In case the companies advertise on our aforesaid lucrative and colossal

advertising space, they will stand a better chance of acquiring business from
government and government corporations.

There are trillion of rands lined up for services and products needed from
companies by government and in the event companies advertise on our space,
then they will acquire a slice of these trillions.

Process- The process is fairly simple because the aforesaid advertising space
would be marketed and sold to the commercial world.
Then the Advertisement Contracts would be entered into between the inventor and
the client companies.

The inventor would also enter into Service Level Agreements with governments all
over the World in order to regulate the commercial intercourse.

Useful- This is an invention that possesses a specific and significant utility and
would be an integral part of the advertising industry.

The invention would be capable of performing its intended function, as would be

evidenced by successful testing. Utility can also be found in doing something in a
more economical and effective fashion.

This invention would make advertising business fascinating, convenient and

smooth.

It would be a novel advertising product that would be exciting to the clients and
further boost the economy, especially the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as it
would be introduced globally.

The protection is also intended to be applicable both in South Africa and

Worldwide.

However, 10 % of net proceeds of the aforesaid invention would be employed to

adequately parent indigent orphans all over the World.

The inventor would also employ a plethora of people all over the World in order to
run the affairs of the business adequately, seamlessly and professionally.

The company aspires to acquire advertisers so that more people can be hired in order to
curtail crime.
This will make a huge difference to the employment statistics in our beloved country as we
intend to roll out this unique business opportunity to Africa and the whole world.
The salary advice of government and government corporations employees are always
lacking advertisements.
I have seen them as an undetected gap in the market in the sense that that is an unutilized
advertising space.
However, this novel business venture will add to the strained government coffers much
needed revenue for service delivery.
The bottom line of advertising companies will also be catapulted into dizzy heights.
The workers and their descendants will also benefit by creating a Workers Bursary Fund.
I am also ready and prepared to draft the joint venture agreements as I am legally trained to
do that, and this will save legal costs for all of us.
There will be a great deal of transparency and accountability on our part so that we do not
compromise our highest degree of honesty, dignity and professionalism.
This is an exciting and new advertising trend as we will be creators rather than consumers.
We will be credited with establishing the needs of corporate South Africa, and coming up
with practical solutions.
I am also a web designer, and I will create a web site for the company that will be marketed
on Google and other online marketing avenues.
In case people and companies from all over the world click advertise or advertising or advert
or advertising agency or advertising company our web site as well as contact details will
appear first in the row.
This is a humongous business opportunity, and we are prepared to make hyperlinks for our
advertisers, partners, national, provincial and local government as well as state parastatals.

TWU Advertising helps advertising clients, government and parastatals with the following
competencies:

- Liaise with advertisers

- Draft commercial contracts associated with this business
- Ensure payments by advertisers
- Communicate to national, provincial and local government as well as
state parastatals advertisers to be advertised, the number of adverts and
content to be printed
- Ensure payment of taxes to government
- Ensure payment of 1% net proceeds to needy children
- Ensure payment of 10% to the National Treasury for distribution to
government and government parastatals workers
- Conducting research to gauge the impact of advertising on our
platforms.

Core Competency: the sole director of the company, Mr Zenani France Sibanyoni, is the one who
conceived this advertising gap in the market.
It would be highly unorthodox, unbecoming and untoward in the event other companies steal the
fruits of psychological labour of Mr Sibanyoni.

Special ingredients of this idea:

Valuable a large revenue generator
Rare not easily found in other businesses
Non-substitutable it cannot be replaced by any of our other capabilities.
Costly to imitate it will be expensive for our competitors to try to duplicate it
as the aforesaid Mr Sibanyoni is the sole patent owner of the advertising
modality.

Concept Test: The company has embarked on a process of showing a representation or proto-type of
the product or service to prospective customers with the purpose to gauge customer interest,
desirability, and purchase intent.
We have identified a preliminary target marketand surveyed at least 25-30
people and companies about their needs and how our product/service provides
the benefits they seek.
The response to the service is overwhelmingly great!

Market and Industry Research: We obtained information about the current market by researching
trends and analysing the competition.
The estimated size of the market for our service in South Africa is more than R50
million per month. Globally it is R1 billion per month.
Our projected market share in South Africa is 100% and globally it is estimated
at 50%.
The current market is very attractive for our service as the state employees have
buying power. The recipients are individuals and businesses (small, medium and
big).
Are there any predictions for future trends?
Based on research our refined target market is conglomerates who would buy
bulk advertising.

Organizational Feasibility Analysis: the proposed business has sufficient management expertise,
organizational competence, and resources to be successful. The business is not capital intensive as all
it needs is printed salary advice of our advertisers, their services and/or products offered as well as
contact details. Once advertisers call and pay the advertising fees their logos, services/products and
contact details can be printed on salary advice. All these information can be copied and pasted from
websites of our advertisers into salary advice. It is very easy and non-complicated.
Management Expertise the entrepreneur has the ability to manage the business.
When the business grows by leaps and bounds a sufficient staff complement will
be hired.
Designated Responsibilities the responsibilities are not too great or too small
for the entrepreneur. There are no duties that dictate outsourcing, but if the events
change and dictate that we need to outsource, we will outsource. We need
seamless services for all our customers and government.
Evaluate non-financial resources the entrepreneur can run the business
solitarily, but in the event the business grows then we will not hesitate to hire
more people, qualitative and quantitative. We ensure that all the amenities are
available.

Financial Feasibility Analysis: our projected rate of return is and the overall attractiveness of the
investment R50 million per month in South Africa and R1 billion per month worldwide.
Estimate Sales on monthly and/or annual basis R50 million in SA and R1
billion globally per month
Estimate Costs highly reasonable and affordable. .
Estimate Break-even Point and Profitability R50 million in SA and R1 billion
globally per month (profitability)

Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT Analysis) of our idea.

Our strength is that the aforesaid Mr Sibanyoni is the sole patent owner of this
advertising avenue. The weakness of our business or potential business is
uninvited utilisation of our idea. Nonetheless, the sole patent owner and his
company have a number of legal options: court interdict and legal claim for civil
damages.
Our competitors are well-established advertising agencies and they have the
financial muscle. The weakness they have is lack of ownership of intellectual
property of this idea.
Our competitive advantage over our competitors is that they do not have this
idea. We are the first to conceive it.

Competitive edge: the idea is highly competitive because salary advice would be seen repeatedly by
users. They are not tossed into the dustbin. They are filed accordingly because they are supporting
vouchers. They will also be seen by other people with massive buying power, bookkeepers,
accountants, lawyers, sale consultants etc. This constitutes added advertising for the advertisers at no
added cost. This is a highly affordable advertising modality for the advertisers.

Rationale

This kind of arrangement would ensure that companies make shareholders happy by attaining
unprecedented profit margins. The government will also increase its public service delivery
footprint and this will be welcome by companies, NGOs, trade unions, churches etc.
It should be the aim and objective of our beloved companies to explore other money
generating avenues for acquiring great profits.
It is pivotal that our beloved corporate citizens should evolve and adapt to new challenges
presented by the corporate environment.
It is also magnificent that our beloved companies and government need to be innovative and
creative rather than static.
This will further create more employment in our beloved country and there would also be an
increased buying power on the part of the consumers.
This will be a handsome shot in the arm of our economic cycle.
These will boost the image and the business of our beloved companies and three tier system
of government as well as parastatals.

TWU ADVERTISING Responsibility

- Liaise with advertisers

- Draft commercial contracts associated with this business
- Ensure peaceful, harmonious and tranquil commercial liaison with our
advertising companies
- Ensure that there are no queries, and in case they emerge that they are
swiftly, effectively and professionally dealt with
- Ensure payments by advertisers
- Communicate to national, provincial and local government as well as
state parastatals advertisers to be advertised, the number of adverts and
content to be printed
- Ensure payment of taxes to government
- Ensure payment of 1-5% net proceeds to needy children
- Ensure payment of 10% net proceeds to National Treasury for
distribution to government and parastatals workers.

Corporate Social Responsibility Programs

The company will engage in Corporate Social Responsibility to uplift the communities by
feeding hungry children by contributing 1% of net revenue (about R1 million pm). In
accordance with researchers there are 3 million children who go to school hungry.
The company intends to help government to lessen the cumbersome burden of service
delivery. It is impractical for government to have omnipresent service delivery. However,
government needs to partner with us to discharge service delivery. We need to share the
burden of service delivery with government, instead of criticizing our own state.
The company will also contribute 10% net revenue (about R10 million pm) to the National
Treasury for distribution to government and government parastatals workers.
I reckon all these will pacify the advertisers, trade unions, workers, opposition parties, media
and all other stakeholders.
There will be goodwill from all the key and strategic stakeholders due to the amount of
philanthropy thrown into this project.
All these are designed to take the beloved country forward, and I think there will be no court
interdicts and civil litigation.

Global advertising sales

However, our estimated global advertising sales of this innovative advertising modus
operandi are in the region of R1 billion per month.

Composition of the work schedule of the company

Our company would undertake the work as depicted in the aforementioned competencies and
responsibilities.

Associated Assessment Criteria

- Basic market research is conducted to determine market needs in

relation to own business content;
- Our CSRP activities and goals are appropriately aligned to identified
market needs;
- Progress is determined at regular intervals and corrective action taken
where necessary;
- Personal and business productivity is monitored and enhanced on an
ongoing basis.

The Statement of Account Advertising:

Water, Electricity, Telephone and other Accounts by Government, Government

Corporations as well as Municipalities.

However, the Statements dispatched to natural and juristic persons by Local Government and
Government Corporations is humongous.
It is amazing and shocking that this lucrative and colossal advertising space does not have
adverts by advertisers.
There is no doubt that the advertisers in this advertising platform will reach the target market
and thereby reach their bottom line.
The home owners and companies they will send Statement of Accounts have the requisite
buying power, and will therefore increase the profits of the advertisers.
There will be good returns of investment for advertisers and this will make the shareholders
of the advertiser delighted.
It is a fact that millions of natural persons and/or companies are served with water and
electricity bills.

(NGOs), community-based organisations (CBOs), churches, sport bodies etc.

These advertising platform is bigger than most of the markets in the world, and once again
leaves me trembling like a leaf to realise that it is untapped.
There are about 3 billion people on the planet earth, and this advertising strategy will almost
reach those people. The market is huge and has conservative prospects of amassing $1 billion
per month.

The Advertiser

All the aforesaid advertisers, just like other advertisers, are businesses that need to
communicate a message. Whether the message is intended to increase general brand
awareness or to simply inform potential customers that your business provides the product or
service they need, the basic need is the same.

The Future of these Innovative Advertising Strategies

There will always be governments and civil servants all over the world. The status quo will
remain the same.
There will also be government corporations as most countries practice mixed economies.
Thus these innovative and lucrative advertising spaces will always be extant. They will never
face extinction as the masses will always need public service delivery.
