Chapter 2 Description
Overview The Thermo Shandon Cryotome is designed for cutting
frozen sections of specimens, rapidly and accurately,
for future microscopic examination. It operates by
rapidly freezing the sample in a temperature controlled
environment, and provides a means for sectioning the frozen
sample by conventional microtome.
