This is to respectfully seek the permission of your good office to allow the
undersigned to submit the project proposal entitled COMPUTERIZED SYSTEM
FOR GATE ACCESS AND STUDENT BILLING INFORMATION to the various
Elementary School Principals under your supervision. This project specifically aims
to:
a) provide a Computerized System of Attendance Monitoring with SMS
Notification;
b) provide Computerized System of Student Billing and Cashiering
Information via SMS; and
c) provide SMS Broadcasting for information disseminations.

With the technological progress in our society, I strongly believe that this
project will be of great help to the school administrations since it will make
monitoring and recording activities less effort/time consuming but more accurate
and easier due to its automated system.
