PROJECT DESCRIPTION: DRC2016-00115 OSTER LIVING TRUST Proposed Conditional Use


Permit to contruct, operate, and reclaim a small 41-acre aggregate quarry with a maximum annual
extraction of 500,000 tons, and a reduced project alternative to be evaluated in the FEIR. Project
location is 6660 Calf Canyon Hwy in Santa Margarita.
