APPOINTMENT LETTER

To confirm the recent screening process which was conducted by the Head Human
Resources Department of ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Cambodia
Limited, we are pleased to offer you an initial position as the:

POSITION: PROJECT CONTROL COORDINATOR

JOB LOCATION: GULF OF THAILAND, CAMBODIA

Starting Date: 10th July 2017on this date, you are to report at 8:00 a.m. to the
Human Resources Department, where you will be provided with package containing
information on ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Cambodia Limited benefits,
facilities and services as well to attend an orientation program before job
commencement. You will be eligible to receive the following beginning on your hire
date.

Salary: Monthly Net starting salary of 12,000 USD tax free. All payment of
salary after assumption of duty in Cambodia shall be 100% paid into a foreign
account to be provided by employee. This is in line with the Cambodia expatriate
financial statutory laws.

Job Description: Will be given on your arrival after your orientation program.

Performance Bonuses: Up to Eleven percent of your annual net salary, paid by

your choice of cheque or direct deposit.

Rotational: 28 Days on / 28 Days off

Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable)

Benefits:

1. Visa and Work Permit: Employee should note that ExxonMobil Exploration and
Production Cambodia Limited shall duly secure the visa/work permit from the
home office of the Cambodia Immigration Services here in Phnom Penh Cambodia
which will enable you to live and work legally here in Cambodia.

2. Flight Ticket: Your business class electronic ticket on airline of your choice
shall also be send to you, a week before your departure. ExxonMobil
Exploration and Production Cambodia Limited shall supply round trip business
class electronic tickets at the end of each rotation.

3. Accommodation: ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Cambodia Limited shall

provide you accommodation in ExxonMobil estate located in Sihanoukville.
Employees are entitled to take meals free of charge at the General Staff
canteens. Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available
options.

4. Orientation Program: Please note that you will not require any interviews for
this job due to your experience in the job offered; rather on arrival you
will undergo mandatory orientation program on the position offered to you.

5. Hours of Work: Your normal hours of work per week will be as follows: 10 hours
Monday - Sunday inclusive of public holidays.
You may be require to work for additional hours at such times as reasonably
necessary for the performance of your duties and will be entitled to receive an
additional remuneration for work performed outside your normal hours.

6. Safety and Security: Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and

Facilities on job locations and communities are no small issues, and have
been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations. All
operations on job location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health
Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Company Sector. All
expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on job
locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.

7. Medical and Life Insurance: ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Cambodia

Limited will provide you with comprehensive medical care and Life Insurance
for the contract duration and free medical care for your family.

8. Communication and Internet Facilities: Laptop Computer, 24 hours Internet access

is also available. The company will also provide the employee with one mobile
phone which will have a reasonable credit amount each month.

9. Allowance/Entitlements: Hazard/inconveniences $500 (Monthly) and Travel &

Events: $1,500(Monthly).

Visa Information
The high level of expatriates involve in drug trafficking, corruption and
other serious crimes in Cambodia, the Cambodia Government has made it
mandatory that every expatriate employed to work in Cambodia must first
obtain affidavit of good moral character from the Cambodia High Court
formally swear that he/she will not be involve in any drug trafficking,
corruption and other serious crimes here in Cambodia till the end of its
contract duration, before the employer will be authorize by the Cambodia
Government to go ahead and secure the visa and work permit of the
expatriate. This as a result of high level of expatriates involve in drug
trafficking, corruption and other serious crimes in Cambodia. This
affidavit of good moral character is obtainable only at the Cambodia High
Court through ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Cambodia Limited
attorney representing you (Employee). Below is the ExxonMobil Exploration
and Production Cambodia Limited attorney whom you need to contact via
email to secure the affidavit of good moral character from the Cambodia
High Court.

Once ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Cambodia Limited attorney obtain the
affidavit of good moral character from the Cambodia High Court, you are require
to send the attorney via e-mail scanned copies of the following documents which
will aid him procure your visa and work permit, please note that this is after you
have secured your affidavit of good moral character:

1. Scan copy of your duly Signed Letter

2. Scanned Copy of International Passport (Data Page)
3. Scanned Copy of Passport Photograph (Colored)
Upon receipt of the above mentioned documents the ExxonMobil Exploration and
Production Cambodia Limited attorney will secure your visa and work permit
here in Cambodia and send them to you including your flight ticket,
ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Cambodia Limited travel backup
documents which you will present at the port of entry.

NOTE: ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Cambodia Limited will duly

reimburse you for the cost of your affidavit of good moral character.
