Polyethylene Emulsion Softener

ADALIN 4797-1 is a softener with smoothing properties on the basis of HD-

polyethylene. It is applied as additive in resin finishing of high quality
textiles as well as in the conventional finish.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Gives a soft, smooth and supple handle

Improves the sewability decisively
Reduces the tendency to creasing
Improves the abrasion resistance in the resin finishing
Improves the resistance to further tearing
Does not effect negatively the rubbing and wet fastness values, even in
case of PES and PES containing material; frequently improvements are
achieved
Shows good washing and dry cleaning resistance effects

Compatibility: Compatible with cationic and non-ionic finishing
agents, with cross linking agents and with catalysts
usually applied in resin finishing. We recommend pre-
trials, especially when optical brighteners are applied.

Operation Resin finish, conventional finish

Substrate woven and knitted goods of all types of fibers
Aggregate Padding machine
Dissolving method Direct dosage, a predilution with water is
recommended
Application quantity 20 40 g/l ADALIN 4797-1
Drying Usual drying temperatures are sufficient
