Sumilla:

El tema de este seminario es el anlisis comparado de los diversos procesos econmicos, sociales y
polticos ocurridos en Amrica Latina.

Objetivo:

El seminario busca ofrecer una aproximacin comparativa a la historia poltica de la segunda mitad
del siglo veinte de Amrica Latina, prestando especial atencin al impacto en la regin de la Segunda
Guerra Mundial, la Guerra Fra, la Revolucin cubana, la agitacion radical y los procesos
dictatoriales. Se estudiar los procesos polticos y sociales desarrollados en algunos pases del rea
identificando los problemas comunes a ellos y las mutuas influencias. Se espera que al final del
semestre los estudiantes cuenten con suficientes elementos para una mejor comprensin histrica de
la Amrica Latina actual.

Sistema de evaluacin:

1. Trabajo final 40%
