- Orthoptic led primary vision screening for children under the age of 5.
- Joint Orthoptic and Ophthalmologist Paediatric clinics running regularly with an average of 4/5 sessions per month.
- Joint Orthoptic and Ophthalmologist adult ocular motility clinics twice a month.
- Orthoptic led adult and paediatric clinics for follow-up patients.
- Stroke clinics led by orthoptic stroke lead PS. Assessments are carried out on the stroke ward on a regular basis.
- BTXA injection in adult ocular motility clinics once a month.
- Health care Assistants perform visual field assessments.
- Ophthalmic Photographers perform OCT, FFA, Slit-lamp photography, Corneal cell count and Topographies.
- Orthoptic monthly staff meetings are organised which include CPD sessions where each member presents a topic
of their choice.
- LVA clinics run by local Optometrists
- Contact lens clinics
- Corneal Clinics
- AMD and AMD injection clinics
- Squint surgery for paediatric patients (once a week) and adult patients (once/twice a month)
