APR .
The above discrepancies have now been corrected.

GURANTEE STAY
In the matter of M/s. Maharishi Ayurveda Products Pvt. Ltd, plot no. 17-18, Noida Special Economic
Zone, Noida Phase II , Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar ( U.P.) guarantee for Rs. 122440/- ( Rupeess
One Lakhs twenty two thousand four hundred forty only ) in respect of Commercial Tax demand for
assessment year 2008 09 under the U.P. VAT Act.
The aforesaid company has been assessed to tax of Rs. 244879/-. In U.P.Vat Act Act Tax Act .
.. for the above assessment year out of which sum of Rs. 122440/-in U.P. Vat Act
.. has been paid leaving a balance of Rs. 122440/-
And whereas the said demand has been stayed by the Joint Commissioner ( Appeals ) Commercial Tax
Noida order dated 12/09/2012 in U.P. Vat Act Tax, till the decision of the aforesaid appeal filled by the
aforesaid company
And whereas the aforesaid company has been called upon to finish a security to the satisfaction of the
Assessing Authority for the balance demand due against the company in terms of the stay order herein
above.
Now this bank herein under take to indemnify the Govt. of U.P. through the Dy. Commissioner
( Assessment ) Commercial Tax, Noida against all losses, cost or expenses which the said authorities
may in any way suffer sustain or pay by reason of default or failure in due discharge of the aforesaid
lliabities of the said company

tax or penalty due against it or modified in appeal, then this guarantee till the void and no effect,

an indemnity bond to, in the case of purchasing dealer, the notified authority from whom the
said form obtained and in the case of a selling dealer, the notified authority of the State.
AND WHEREAS, the obligor herein is such Purchasing / selling dealer .
AND WHEREAS the obligor has lostONE.. being serial Number 19 0034651
number for Rs. 6795870.00
Now the condition of the above written bond or obligation is such that the obligor shall in the
event of a loss suffered by the government ( in respect of which the decision of the
government or the authority appointed for the purpose shall be final and binding on the
obligor ) as a result of the misuse of the Form , pay to the government on demand and without
demur the said sum of Rs. Rs. 1,00,000/- ( in words Rupees One Lakhs Only ) and shall
otherwise indemnity and keep the government harmless and indemnified against and form all liabilities
incurred by the Government as a result of misuse of such 19 0034651 .. Then all above written bond
or obligation shall be void and no effect but otherwise shall remain in full force, effect and virtue. The
obligor further undertakes to mortgage / charge for the properties specified in the Schedule here under
written by execution of proper deed of mortgage / charge for the payment of the said sum, whenever
called upon to do so by assessing authority.

variation on account of weighing scale calibration between the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd
and weighing the bridge at NSEZ.
The variation could also be due to difference in the densities on account of temperature at
which this is filled and the temperature at which it is unloaded in our factory.
More over, the measurement at both the Indian oil Corporation depot and Maharishi Ayurveda
Products Pvt Ltd ( factoty ) are done with dip stick rather than weight measurement.
