1.SitwiththeLeftLegStraightOutinFront.Bringtheheeloftherightfootnexttothegroin,withthe
soleagainstthethigh.Menshouldalwayshavetheheeltotheleftofthetesticle.Leanforwardand
grabthebigtoe(oryourshin,kneeorthigh)withbothhands.Lockthefirsttwofingersofeachhand
aroundthetoeandpressthetoenailswiththethumbs.Archtheneckupandlookabovethehorizon.
Thebreathisthekeytothiskriya.Thereisa22countbreath:inhalein4parts,hold16andexhalein2
parts.Withtheinhale,mentallychantSATANAMA.Asyouhold,mentallychantthismantra4times.
Asyouexhale,silentlychantWAHAYGURU.Thenrepeatthesequenceofthebreathwiththemantra.
Continuefor35minutes.

2.StretchtheLeftLegOutAgain.Sitontherightheel.Leanforwardandplacingthepalmsflattogether,
stretchthearmsforwardonthegroundasinaprayerposition.Archtheheadup,lookingabovethe
horizon.Beginthesamebreathasin#1.Continuefor35minutes.Inhaleandrelaxfor1minute.

3.StandUpandComeintoArcherPose.Leftlegforward,kneeoverthetoesoftheleftfoot,2/3rdsof
yourbodyweightontheleftleg,rightlegextendedstraightback.Keepatensionacrossthechestasif
pullingabowstringtaught.Lettheeyesgazeouttothehorizonovertheextendedfist.Beginthe22
countbreathasin#1andcontinuefor35minutes.Inhaleandrelaxintoameditation.
