Center in Ambulatory Care Nursing. I have worked independently in the healthcare setting for
fifteen years. I have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and

I am currently involved in various process improvement projects within Pre-Admission
Testing and Same Day Services Departments at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Participated in Clinical Achievement Program (CAPS) with Wellmont Health System,
held level III since first application in December 2010 until beginning PRN status with
my employment, during completion of clinical courses of Master of Science in Nursing
with Family Nurse Practitioner Concentration in 2016. Through the CAPS program, I
was able to keep staff up-to-date with continuing education on newly released
