In commemoration of World Rotaract week, the Rotaract Sirari Club presents the

"Friendship Trees" project, thus promoting the construction of a greener world.

Objective:
That there are trees planted by Rotaractors, in the places where they live, as a
symbol of Rotaract's presence in the world.

Development of the activity:

The Club must realize a plantation activity of 3 Trees (at least) in the place where it
likes more, be it a park, a square, a street. This activity was recorded in the video,
which is a small presentation of the Club with data such as: Name of the Club,
Country that belongs, Country, City and place where the plantation is done.
In the video edition, photographs of activities related to Rotary's six areas of interest
should be compiled. The edited video has a maximum duration of 2 and a half
minutes.

The club must guarantee the survival of the tree, since the vision is that in the future,
the developed tree has a plaqueta in the place and thus any partner who travels to
visit another country, can take a photo with that tree, symbol of presence of the
Rotaract around the world.

The deadline for sending the video is Friday, March 10, 2017, to the e-mail of the

Publication of the videos:

In order for your club to be part of this great project you must follow the following
steps:
1. Like the FanPage: "Rotaract Club Sirari"
2. Each day of Rotaract World Week, March 13-19, a video will be posted on the
Facebook Fanpage. As in the web page that will be created for this purpose. The
web page address will be sent in response to the video sending to the mail.
3. On March 19th, the last day of Rotaract World Week, an edited video will be made
with all the videos of the participating clubs.
