COMES NOW, Accused, by counsel, unto this most Honorable

Court, submits his compliance to the Order dated February 17, 2017.
Said Order required Accused to submit his counter-affidavit not later
than 10 days from receipt. The said Order was received last March
15, 2017, thus his right to file his counter-affidavit is only up to March
25, 2017, but since the same falls on a Saturday, the accused has
until March 27, 2017 within which to file his counter affidavit.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Court to TAKE NOTE of the foregoing
compliance.
