With reference to the subject letter regarding We have been received your letter about the
earthing interconnecting network between WTG, our we reply are as follows:,

1. tThe detail requirement for the WTG earthing are given in , please vide Clause15,
Schedule 2 of the Energy Purchase Agreement, an extract from EPA is given below: part
of the them as follow,

QUOTE
The minimum requirement for the WTG earthing is as follows:

The earthing system at the turbines shall be made as 95mm bare copper wire laid

around the turbine foundations with a distance of 1 meter and with a depth of 1 meter
below surface.

Two 3m long, 16 mm diameter copper earthing rods connected to the ring and shall

be located opposite each other (180 deg.).

In addition to the cable screens, 95 mm2 Interconnecting Earthing Conductor

including terminations between each WTG and Control building shall be

provided. The overall grounding resistance shall not be more than 5 Ohms.

2. Please note that After investigation, most of the wind farmser projectthat which have
already completed their CODcommissioned after COD that had installed use the Earthing
Conductor between each WTG and Substation as required under EPA. Therefore, we also
request you to follow EPA for the successful completion of Projects. connected each
WTG, such as TGFMetroGul AhmedYunusFFCSapphireZorlu.

Engineer for of TGS & TGT project. They are doing , having represented to the Employer
to do the work of dDesign rReview, cConstruction sSupervision and Pproject
mManagement, if there are anything regardingabout the design review or design revision,
please submit your documents to Employers Engineer for the formalto approval.
