The three topics I chose from Contemporary Diet and Nutrition term was

genetically modified organisms called (GMOs), food choices, and contemporary

weight loss programs. Here you would find topics in which may be shocking, but

are necessary to know and get in better health. I have more than enough

information to read and watch. I divided the topics into sections. The first category

is GMOs which interlinked with food choices and then weight loss. Some

information is new and old but have some great information.
