In 2014, IBM was facing attrition problem: fresher were leaving organization after

1.5 year experience, causing great loss to IBM every year.

What was done: GEN Y council was set up to understand the pulse of GEN Y people.
21 members were selected all over India. These members were divided into 5
streams. I lead challenging work stream.

What is in plan:

Round table with selected sample of GenY population.


Interview RCM team and HR to deep dive understanding how assignment
works and possible additional input from the exit interview.
Using community blogging to seek inputs on ways to improve and aligned
towards challenging work.
