Dear Administrator and Educators:

This letter is on behalf of Danielle Alexander. It is my impression that Danielle is an outstanding

candidate with superior ability and has all the requisite skills for educating students. Danielle
would be an excellent addition to any educational community of learners as she has the drive,
organization, and passion to be a school leader.

My experience with Danielle Alexander comes from working with her as a student teacher for
the past five months as an Oregon State University Supervisor. During this time, I have observed
all the necessary emerging skills necessary to teach and manage a class. She has taught a middle
school mathematics class with excellent communication skills, organization, planning, and a
determination to meet the needs of every student. Danielle has a strong work ethic, excellent
planning skills and is a person with a great deal of integrity.

Ms. Alexander is well liked by her students at Linus Pauling and the students she taught have
written her letters about how much they have enjoyed having her as their teacher. The students
see she has talent and the necessary level of care and urgency to work with all learners. Even in
difficult circumstances Danielle is professional and copes admirably under the stress of
unpleasant situations.

As you can tell, I hold Ms. Alexander in very high regard. Not only is she able to independently
adapt to situations, but also her self-direction and organization is keen. I believe she is a valuable
asset to the education of students and I would not hesitate to work with her as a colleague. I
recommend Ms. Alexander to you without reservation. Please give her application the utmost
consideration.
