contest, Altair Calendar, Altair Engineering (website), Altair marketing collateral, external and/or
internal editorial.

Student certifies that the information and material provided to Altair India are accurate to the best of
his/her knowledge. The models have been solved by the student himself without external
professional support using the version of Altair HyperWorks Students Edition 14.0 provided to the
student.
Student understands and agrees that Altair India has the right to make changes or alterations, in
whole or in part, if the context of use is not materially changed...

Note:
1. Kindly print page 1 of this approval form, fill it, sign it and then scan it. Kindly mail the soft copy
version of this form to us as mentioned in point , as well as courier the original to address
mentioned in point 6.

2. Contest is open ONLY to Engineering (UG,PG,PhD) students who register @

www.altairhyperworks.in/aoc Students will get a confirmation mail from Altair once they
register.

3. The work represented in the Technical Report and related Models/Results, must be created only
using Altair Engineerings HyperWorks Student Edition v14.0 Licensed Edition. More details

4. To be considered a valid entry, this entry/approval form must be completed and submitted with
the final Contest Model Submissions.

I. Contest Terms Agreement (attached format)
II. Scan copy of the Proof of Student Identity Card of your College

5. Upload the final models FE models + Results created + Report Template to

a. Make sure you zip all your files & name it as <YOUR_NAME.zip> so that we can easily
differentiate your file from the other contestants files in the same folder
b. Also include the scan files of the agreement copies (point 4) in the same zip file

6. Submission via CD also possible . Courier CD along with agreement copies (point 4) to
