Dominant/Submissive Contract

This contract is a binding document between two chosen parties on equal terms
and understanding. Breaking of this contract by either party will result in instant
termination of contract and punishment served by the innocent party as previously
agreed upon by both parties upon signing of this contract.

This contract will become effective on the date agreed upon by both parties and will end on
the date also agreed upon by both parties.
(End date may be changed at any time if agreed upon by both parties therefore extending the contract as needed/wanted)

(All legalities will be handled by Dominant as needed during this contracts effective time frame.)
 All clauses under this section of the contract are to be followed without fail by the
Dominant within the two parties.

1. Dominant shall be responsible for Submissives safety.

a. Submissives Physical safety is to be monitored at all times.
b. Submissives Mental safety is to be monitored at all times.
c. Safety measure must be put in place to ensure Submissives complete safety.
2. Dominant shall be responsible for Submissives Well being.
a. Submissives mental health is to be monitored at all times.
b. Submissives Physical health is to be monitored at all times.
c. Health measures must be put in place to ensure Submissive is Healthy.
d. Appointments for mental and physical health doctors are to be arranged as needed by
Dominant.
3. Dominant shall be responsible for Submissives life choices.
a. Dominant must ensure all life choices made by Submissive will not effect Submissive or
Dominant negatively in any way.
b. Poor life choices are to be dealt with by Dominant appropriately via punishment agreed
upon by both Dominant and Submissive.
c. Life choices made by Dominant for Submissive are to be appropriate for the needs of the
Submissive at all times.
4. Dominant shall be responsible for Submissive training.
a. Dominant must ensure a training schedule is created and updated regularly.
b. No harsh training methods are not to be used on Submissive unless Submissive agrees to
terms of training.
b1. Harsh training is not to leave permanent physical or mental damage on Submissive
at any time.
c. Training must be recorded and monitored on a regular basis.
5. Dominant must ensure Submissive completes diary entry on a daily basis.
a. Dominant cannot punish Submissive for diary entries at anytime.
b. Dominant cannot control what the Submissive chooses to enter into the diary.
c. Dominant will act accordingly if proof of mental health is shown as unsafe.
d. Dominant must read all entries of Submissives diaries regularly to keep up with mental
state of Submissice.
6. Dominant is responsible for all dietary needs of Submissive.
a. Dominant will ensure that Submissive follows a strict and healthy diet.
b. Exercise must be within agreed terms of dietary needs of Submissive.
7. Dominant shall ensure that a safe word is agreed upon for Submissive. ( )
a. Dominant must honer and respect said safe word.
b. Dominant must always remind Submissive of safe word before training and sexual deeds.
 c. Dominant will allow Submissive use of safe word at all times.
d. If safe word is used by Submissive, Dominant shall cease activity immediately.
8. Dominant shall respect all hard limits agreed upon.
a. Dominant will not use hard limits as punishment unless agreed upon fairly between
Submissive and Dominant.
b. Dominant must not force hard limits upon Submissive at any time.
c. Dominant is to monitor Submissives hard limits at all times.
9. Dominant is responsible for all punishments.
a. Dominant will punish Submissive accordingly and appropriately.
b. Dominant will not cause scaring physically or mentally during any punishment.
c. Dominant must ensure Submissive understands reason for punishment.
d. Dominant must understand that punishment is not purely Submissives fault but is
partially Dominants fault for failing in training Submissive correctly.
10. Dominant is responsible for rewards.
a. Dominant must reward Submissive accordingly and appropriately.
b. Dominant must not reward Submissive unless Submissive has earned reward.
c. Dominant will ensure rewards are agreed upon and changed regularly with Submissive.

All clauses under this section of the contract are to be followed without fail by the
Submissive within the two parties.

1. Submissive must follow all rules laid down and agreed upon by Dominant.
a. Submissive must keep in check with all agreed upon rules.
b. Submissive must accept punishment if rules have been broken.
c. Submissive must reflect upon rules that have been broken before accepting punishment.
2. Submissive must follow dietary requirements put in place by Dominant.
a. Submissive must eat foods within dietary list made and agreed upon by Dominant.
b. Submissive must complete exercise agreed upon within dietary requirements.
c. Submissive must ensure any allergies are relayed to the Dominant to ensure safe Dietary
list is kept free of all allergy items.
3. Submissive must take care of hygiene.
a. Submissive is to wash before and after sexual activities.
b. Submissive is to wash each night thoroughly before bed.
c. Submissive must wash to Dominants expectations.
4. Submissive must regulate birth control.
a. If submissive and Dominant seek intercourse without protection then Submissive must be
on birth control 2 weeks prior to intercourse without protection through to 1 week after
sexual intercourse without protection.
b. Submissive must not attempt to have child and come off birth control unless agreed apon
by Dominant.
c. Dominant must be informed at all times of what measures are being taken for birth
control.
5. Submissive shall be responsible for self when outside Dominants company.
a. Submissive must follow rules and requirements when outside Dominants company.
 b. Submissive must be honest if rules are broken outside Dominants company.
c. Relationships outside dominants company are to be relayed to Dominant at the end of
each day.
6. Submissive shall be responsible for chosen safe word. ( )
a. Submissive must ensure safe word is remembered at all times.
b. Safe word is not to be used carelessly at any time.
c. Submissive is to claim responsibility if safe word is forgotten.
7. Submissive shall respect all hard limits agreed upon.
a. Submissive must respect and honer all hard limits.
b. Submissive cannot choose a hard limit unless said hard limit effect Submissive negatively
mentally or physically at any time.
8. Submissive must use titles at times agreed upon by Dominant.
a. Submissive will refer to Dominant as Sir during punishment.
b. Submissive must refer to Dominant as Master/Daddy (choice made by Submissive at time
required.) In the company of other Dominants and Submissives.
c. Submissive must never use Dominants first name unless given permission.
d. Submissive may choose a pet name/nickname for Dominant to be used in all times
Submissive feels like except for specified times as stated in clause 8a and 8b of the
Submissive contract clauses.
