May 12 '71 Mick Jagger marries Bianca Peres Morena de Macias in St.
Tropez at a civil ceremony at the Town Hall and then blessed
at the Chapel of St. Anne. Guests included - the Rolling
Stones, Paul and Linda McCartney, Ringo and Maureen Starr,
Rohnie Lane, Ian McLagan, Ronnie Wood, Kenny Jones, Chris
Jagger, Mr. and Mrs. Jagger, Roger Vadim (a witness), Ahmet
Ertegun, Marshall Chess, Ossie Clark, and many others. The
receptions continued most of the night at a local
restaurant.

Baton Rouge, LA. Other cities they played in included

Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Detroit, ATlanta,

June 5 '75 The "Daily Mirror" reports that due to change in copyright
laws in Russia, the Rolling Stones will be paid for their
records released there. Previously Russia made no payment
to any artist for their work released or used in the
c o u n t r y.
June 10 '75 The "Daily Mirror" reports the Mick Jagger was not mentioned
in "Who's Who" this year. The Stones replied by sending a
wheelbarrow full of flowers to the chairman, Charles Black.
July 7 '75 Keith charges with having a concealed weapon on his person.
Also charged with reckless driving at Fordyce, Arkansas.
Aug. 23 '75 Mick Jagger catches the Tubes in concert at the Boarding
House in San Francisco.
Sept. 20 '75 From Ireland, Mick announces that the Stones plan a three-
week European tour before Christmas.
Sept. 27 '75 Bill Wyman doing some work on his next solo album in New
York.
Oct. '75 Rumours that the Rolling Stones long and highly successful
tour of the US and Canada is their last, have been described
as nonsense by manager Peter Rudge.
Nov. 22 '75 The Rolling Stones on Radio Luxembourg for no less that four

May 1 '76 Stones tape four promo videos at Ostenhalle in Kiel "Fool to
Cry", "Crazy Mama", "Hot Stuff", and "Hey Negrita"
July '76 Following the tour, Keith remains in Europe, while Mick
vacations in Montauk, Long Island with Bianca and Jade
Feb. 26 '77 Stones come into Toronto to tape El Mocambo shows. Customs
comes into a purse belonging to Anita Pallenburg that
contains traces of cocaine. She is arrested at the airport.
Mar. 1 '77 The search warrant reads "Anita Pallenburg", but the
Mounties bust Keith when they pay a visit to the Harbour
Castle Hilton.
Mar. 4 & 5 '77 The sweat drips from the ceiling as the Stones play two hot
shows at the tiny El Mocambo. Sweat drips from the forehead
of Prime Minister Trudeau when the first lady is seen at one
of the shows. She goes back to their hotel afterwards and a
scandal erupts.
Mar. 6 '77 Mick Jagger, Charlie Watts, and Ron Wood return to New York.
When Maggie Trudeau does same, the scandal now becomes
property of the New York Tabloids. Word is, the one she's
after is Ronnie.

Apr. - May '79 New Barbarians play in cities to crowds that yell for Mick
and Ron. No guests appear throughout the tour, causing the
crowd in Milwaukee to destroy the auditorium.
July 5 '79 Peter Tosh's Mystic Man released by Rolling Stones Records.
Aug. 15 '79 Keith and Woody leave the Stones sessions briefly for a New
Barbarians show, opening for Led Zeppelin at Knebworth,
England.

Jan. 16 '80 New Barbarians, sans Keith, play one show in Milwaukee, to
make up for the damage done at their previous show there.
Feb. 22 '80 Ron Wood and Jo Howard arrested for cocaine on St. Maarten,
and spend five days in jail. Ruled a frame-up, the couple
are released.
June 1 '80 Woody celebrated his birthday at Lion's Head in New York.
Mar. '80 Stones tape "thermal" videos for Emotional Rescue which are
later shelved.
July 2 '80 Mick celebrates Jerry's birthday at Tavern on the Green, NYC
July 11-14 '80 Stones videotape promos for "Emotional Rescue" and "She's so

Nov. 5 '80 Mick and Bianca's divorce is finalized. Bianca is all
smiles as she exits London's High Court following the

Feb. 9 '81 Keith jams onstage with legendary Etta James at New York's
Lone Star Cafe.
Feb. '81 Atco Records releases Rocket 88, a live album by the hazz
group of the same name, featuring Charlie Watts, and Stones

June 16 '81 Mick, Keith, Woody and Charlie attend Jimmy Cliff's show at

June '81 Keith watched Chuck Berry's set at The Ritz. AFterwards,
Keith is punched in the eye by chuck, who later claims it
was a case of mistaken identity.
June/July '81 Holdin' Out My Love to Your, and album by reggae artist Max
Romeo is released by Shannachie Records. The lp is marketed
on Keith's name (Keith did produce and play on a few cuts)
by including a poster of Keith, a photo of Keith, and a
sticker bearing his name on each album, without his consent.
Keith sues and wins.
Feb. '81 Green Ice soundtrack is released by EMI, with music by Bill
Wyman.
June '81 Stones tape promo videos in New York for "Start Me Up",
"Hang Fire" and "Worried About You"
July 2 '81 Stones gather crowds on St. Mark's Place in Greenwich
Village when they videotape a promo for "Waiting on a
FRiend" on the street and in St. Mark's Bar. Afterwards,
it's to Mr. Chow's to celebrate Jerry Hall's birthday.
July 3 '81 "(Si Si) Je Suis Un Rock Star", a solo 45 from Bill Wyman,
is released on his own Ripple label (distributed by A&M) and
becomes a hit in Europe.
July 5 '81 Stones hang out a window of the Taft Hotel in New York to
shoot a video for "Neighbours"
Aug. '81 1234, a solo album from Ron Wood, is released on Columbia
Records.
Aug. 15 '81 Stones begin rehearsals for tour at Longview Farm in rural
Maine.
Sept. 14 '81 Stones treat rural Maine Residents to mor disarray when they
play the tiny Sir Morgan's Cove Bar in Worcester, as a warm-
up show. People literally climb the walls to get in or get

Sept. 25 '82 Exactly one year after opening The Stones tour there, Mick
returns to JFK Stadium with daughter Jade to witness a Who
concert. Jade prefers openers, The Clash.
Fall '82 Mick and Jerry temporarily split. Stones begin recording in
Paris, but Mick, Keith and Woody make it back to New York
for the holidays. Mick plays the field while in New York,
and keith and Patti say they'll be marrying soon. Reporters
start sniffing around her hometown of Staten Island.
Feb. 10 '83 Stones, again minus Bill Wyman, host another, more private
party to celebrate their film, at the latin disco Corso in
New York.
Feb. 11 '83 "Let's Spend the Night Together" opens in New York greeted
by the city's heaviest snow storm this century

at Foster Goldstrum Gallery in Dallas.
Jan. 2 '85 With Peter Frampton, Jeff Beck, Ringo Starr and Rod Stewart
in attendance, Ronnie finally gives Jo his surname. Charlie
Watts and Bill Wyman are also there, the former sharing best
man duties with Keith. The Reverend looks out to the crowd,
and says, "Some of you are considered rock idols. The Bible
does not look to favourably upon idols."

July 8 '85 Mick rehearses for Live-Aid with Hall & Oates at New York's
SIR Studio.
July 10-11 '85 Keith and Woody watch guitarist Lonnie Mack's set at NY's
Lone Star Cafe and first night, and decide to ge more
involved the second night. They return to play a half hour
set with Mack, as Mick Jagger. Bob Dylan and Paul Simon
look on. Later, Dylan heads around the corner with the
three Stones to RPM studio, where The Stones are mixing
their Dirty Work album.
July 13 '85 Mick rips Tina Turner's skirts off in front of 1.6 billion
people, as he performs his firs solo live set ever. Keith
and ron flank Dylan for an acoustic set to close the Live
Aid show at JFK stadium.
July 15 '85 In LA, Mick shoots a video for "Hard Woman". The clip is
later completed with the use of a multi-million dollar
computer.
July 25 '85 Keith and Ron do guest session work for R&B legend Don Covay
in New York.

Feb. 23 '86 At London's 100 Club, The Stones unexpectedly play almost a
dozen songsmostly blues coversfor a tightly invited
audience, gathered to pay tribute to Ian Stewart. Guests
who found their way to the stage: Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck,
Pete Townshend, Jack Bruce and Simon Kirke (ex of Bad
Company). It marks the first time The Stones have played
together live in almost five years, and word is, it may have
rejuvenated hopes of a 1986 tour.
Feb. 25 '86 At roughly 3:00 A.M. in London's Roof Garden Club, The
Stones are presented with the Grammy's Lifetime Achievement
Award by Eric Clapton. The acceptance is fed back live to
the U.S. via satellite. Mick makes reference to the shlock
image of the Grammys. Jeff Beck, Eurythmic's Dave Stewart,
and Keith's mum are arnon^ the small gathering in London.
