reportingbyhealthproviderstopublichealthauthorities.Stansrolesistodesignandimplementsteps
forhealthproviderstosendmandatedpublichealthreportsusingelectronicmediafulfillingthe
requirementsofCaliforniaHealthandSafetyCode,Title17,andthefederalAffordableCareMeaningful
UserequirementsforCertifiedElectronicHealthRecordTechnology(CEHRT).
SolanoPublicHealthhasrequiredpublichealthreportingwithinitsjurisdictiontobeperformed
electronicallythroughtheSolanoPopulationandPublicHealthHub(PPHealthHub).Currently,Aquais
workingwithSolanoCountytocreateimplementreportingtothehub.
OfficeofSystemIntegrationStateSystemInteroperabilityandIntegrationProject(SSIIP)
OSIwasawardedagrantbytheAdministrationforChildrenandFamilies(ACF)toexploreandplanfor
improvedinteroperabilityandintegrationofeligibilityandenrollment,casemanagement,andother
relatedfunctions.TheresultistheCaliforniaInteroperabilityRoadmap(CIR).TheCIRpresentsavision
forrobustinteroperabilitysystemscapabilitybyenhancinginstitutionalculturalandleadershipsmodels
