Cineplex Cinemas Esplanade
200 West Esplanade
North Vancouver, BC, V7M 1A4

Dear Cineplex Cinemas Esplanade Management,

Out of the interest to apply to your position of Part- Time Cast Member, I have submitted my
rsum for your review. I heard about your opening through a close friend working at Cineplex
Odeon Park and Tilford, and am excited to explore this opportunity.

As a student who has undertaken the International Baccalaureate Primary Years and Middle
Years programs, I have developed a well- rounded identity as a co-operative, kind, driven, and
team-work oriented individual. As you will notice on my rsum, I often take leadership roles
both in and out of my school community with team- work based activities that are highly reliant
on good communication skills. As a volunteer with North Vancouver Recreation and Culture, I
am used to working well with others, and maintaining a warm, positive, and outgoing attitude to
interact with children in often hectic environments. In addition, my work experience as a tutor in
English showcases my proficiency in communication skills, as well as my patient and productive
attitude in the work environment. Also, being on an improv team at Carson Graham Secondary,
my energy and teamwork skills are required at every practise and performance and come through
with my attitude in daily life.

I am often described as a people- person and believe I would be a perfect fit for this job. I am
excited to have the opportunity to uphold Cineplexs reputation as a fun and friendly place for all
who love the movies (including myself).

I greatly appreciate your time and consideration, and look forward to hearing from you and
meeting personally to further discuss this opportunity.

Sincerely,
Luke Forrester
