PREFACE
Theoretical knowledge is not sufficient to the professional field. so to overcome
the limitation of theoretical knowledge, we MBA student have to work on research
project. The research project report gives us real picture of professional setup of
organizational behavior.

It also gives opportunity to MBA student to us their theoretical Knowledge and
