Stage1OnlineAssessments
Afteryouvesubmittedyourapplication,youllbeaskedtocompletethreeonlineassessments.Altogetherthiswilltakeabout40minutesandwillneedtobecompleted
within10daysofreceivingthem.

Timedcognitivetest

Thiswillbeatimedtestthatisdividedintothreesections,coveringverbalskills,numericalskills,andabstractreasoningrespectively.Youwouldhave4minutesto
completeeachsection.

Workingstyleassessment

Thissegmentwillassessyourapproachtoworkingandyourpreferredbehaviouracrosskeypersonalityfactors.Itwillnotbetimed,andgenerallyonlytakes1012
minutestocomplete.WecelebrateandvaluediversityatShell,soweencourageyoutobeyourselfwhenresponding.Youwillthenreceiveaworkingstylesreport
basedonhowyouansweredthequestions.

OnDemandVideointerview

Thisshort,selfrecordedvideointerviewisanopportunityforyoutotellusaboutyourselfandyourqualifications.Youllalsoseesomeofourcurrentgraduateswhowill
askyouaseriesofprerecordedcompetencybasedquestions.Youmayrecordtheinterviewatanyinternetenabledlocationatatimemostconvenienttoyou.For
eachquestion,youllhave30secondstoprepareand3minutestorecordyouranswer.

Stage2FinalAssessment

Thisisthelastassessmentstage.ItconsistsofafacetofacesessionwithtwoprofessionalsatShell.Duringthissessionyouwillbeaskedtodiscussyourthoughtson
acasestudy,whichyouwillhaveachancetoreview48hourspriortothesession.Youwillneedtoreadandprepareforthis,butdontworry,moreinformationwillbe
providedclosertothetime.Onthedayofyourassessment,youwillbeassignedatopicrelatingtoyourcasestudyandthengiven20minutes(30fornonnative
Englishspeakers)topreparea5minutepresentation.

Thispresentationwillbefollowedbyquestionsandadditionalscenariosfromtheassessorsforupto30minutes.Afterthis,willbeaninterviewthisiswhereyouhave
thechancetogettoknowus,andforustogettoknowyoubetter.Tomaketheinterviewprocessmoreconvenientandcomfortable,weareleveragingthelatest
digitaltechnologytobringtheexperiencetoyouwhereveryoumaybe.
