my name is Muhammad Khairul Anwar, you can call me khairul, i am from

nutrition d4 regular II, too All Honorable judges and audiences In this
occasion, I would like to give a speech about the importantance of
cleanliness

Cleanliness is one thing we should care for. Especially, the cleanliness of

our classroom, the place where we study everyday. When our classroom is
clean, the teaching atmosphire and learning will be pleasant and
comfortable. However, when our classroom is dirty, both lecturer and
students, will be bothered and uncomfortable when the activity of
teaching and learning goes on.

We can see from our campus environment that still contained a lot of
garbage, such as: scattered trash, garbage plastic food and beverage,
and paper. We dont know that it can contaminate our campusl
environment, both inside and outside the classroom,

Ladies and Gentlemen

In order to make our environment clean and comfortable, we have to do

some actions to raise the awareness of the campusl party to keep the
cleanness. There are so many things that we can do, to create a clean
environment in our schools. The first is, we need to have the awareness of
the importance of cleanliness in ourselves.We must accustom ourselves to
dispose the garbage in its proper place.

The second is, let us make one day in a week just to clean the schools.
We can work together to clean campus, and much more.

We also can separate the types of garbage around us so that we can

reuse them. As we know, there are three type of garbage, namely:

1. Organic waste. a kind of garbage that easy decompose by

bacteria.
For examples: , vegetables and fruits, garden waste and
kitchen waste.

2. Unorganic waste. It is garbage that cannot be decomposed

naturally.
For example: paper, plastics, textiles, rubber, glass, etc(and
soo on).

3. Chemical waste. It is toxic and reactive garbage which

seriously dangers for health and the life of organism.
Example: batteries,pesticides, trash laboratories, etc(and soo
on)..

By dividing these 3 kinds of trash we can manage the garbage that has
been gathered to be reused or not. For example: we can make organic
waste into compost. Inorganic waste can be recycled and chemical trash
we can get rid from campus because it is danger for us.
Therefore we need to keep the cleanliness, I hope that through these
actions we can learn comfortably and avoid the disease that can be
caused by garbage and dirty environment.

As closing in this speech, I would like to invite all lecturer and friends to go
hand in hand maintaining a campus environment that we love to be a
learning place which is conducive and comfortable for us. Thank you for
