Resumen
Este trabajo muestra la estructura y el proceso realizado para el modelamiento de un sistema dirigido a la gestin de calidad
de una biblioteca de educacin superior, considerando como base algunos modelos de calidad e informacin recaudada de
diferentes bibliotecas y con ayuda de modelos requeridos por acreditadoras, en especial el modelo del CONEAU.
Este sistema permitir automatizar los procesos para poder evaluar el grado de calidad que brinda la biblioteca, de una
manera rpida y sencilla, con resultados ptimos y confiables. El sistema llevara un control de los servicios brindados por
la biblioteca hacia los usuarios (alumnos, docentes, etc.), as como tambin el control interno de esta, como por ejemplo
la calidad de personal que labora en ella. Para esto el sistema requerir el ingreso de informacin constante por los usuarios
y el propio personal de biblioteca, para esto se necesitara contar con una base de datos de estos (para poder tener un control
personalizado), con esto generara una base de datos que almacenara toda esta informacin y con ayuda de algoritmos junto
con los indicadores de calidad brindados por el CONEAU, se procesaran y analizaran estos datos, de esta manera se
obtendr los resultados que permitirn determinar la calidad de la biblioteca.

Abstract
This work shows the structure and process modeling performed for a system designed to manage a library of quality of
higher education, considering the basis of quality models and collected information from different libraries and with the
help of models required by accrediting, especially CONEAU model.
This system will automate processes to assess the level of quality offered by the library, quickly and easily, with excellent
and reliable results. The system will monitor the services provided by the library to users (students, teachers, etc.) as well
as the internal control, such as the quality of personnel working in it. For this, the system will require the entry of constant
information by users and library staff itself, for this need to have a database of these (to have a custom control), with this
will generate a database that will store all this information and using algorithms with quality indicators provided by the
CONEAU is processed and analyzed the data, so the results will determine the quality of the library will be obtained.
