The Contractor has not been aware
about the Service reservation layout
provided to them. It was until the
meeting they have found out that
there are Service reservation layout
provided to them. With this respect,
we advise the contractor to follow
the service reservation layout in
1.5 Service reservation layout terms of the location and routing of
MV, LV, street lighting,
Telecommunication cables.
Furthermore, it is the designer scope
of works that this service reservation
layout has been coordinated and
approved by all authority having
jurisdiction.

The Contractor has been advised
with some SEC requirements
regarding the location acceptable
location of Substation,

MV and LV cables, etc. , to be
implemented on their shop
drawings
Telecommunication network layout
to be checked in accordance with the
latest specifications and
requirements by STC. We will
