Statement on Media Reports of The State Bar of California Investigation

of Attorney Gloria Allred

Gloria Allred severely injured me and my family. She also filed a heinous, strategic
lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP) in my name that created new case law
adverse to every journalist and broadcaster, and possibly every employee, in California.

I have been notified by The State Bar of California that they are investigating Ms. Allred.
They have received my complete cooperation and will continue to do so. I have full
faith in the State Bar and greatly appreciate and respect their devotion to duty to protect
the public.

I do not know the matters being investigated by the Bar, but it could be in regards to al-
leged egregious conflicts of interest and self-dealing by Ms. Allred. While representing
me in an employment discrimination case against CBS Broadcasting, she worked with-
out my knowledge, to secure herself a television series with CBS based on her life; a
deal in fact she did strike and became a major stakeholder and executive producer. Ms.
Allred later settled my matter with CBS, without my permission, in a way that benefited
her interests and not mine. Other matters could be under investigation.

Gloria Allred has taken no responsibility for any of her own wrongdoing.
