Instructions
Candidates should be present in the assigned exam centre atleast 1 hour prior to the starting time.

Without the CBT Admit Card, the candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. Candidates are also requested
to carry any one of the following for photo identification in original ( Voter ID, Postal ID, Passport, Driving License, Bank
Passbook etc.)

Candidate will be permitted to take the exam only as per the slot booked by the candidate / VIT and as per the test centre
selected by the candidate / VIT , at the time of slot booking.

Test Centre and slot, once booked cannot be changed later.

If there are any discrepancies in the admit card, candidate should email to director.pga@vit.ac.in.

Candidates should bring the CBT Admit Card and pen to the exam centre

The duration of entrance examination will be 2 hours. Examination will be from 10 am to 12 noon / 2.30 pm - 4.30 pm.

Candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination hall, 15 min after commencement of exam, (Exam time will not be
extended).

Candidates will not be permitted to leave the exam hall, till the end of the scheduled examination time, even if the candidate
completes the exam, earlier.

Violation of any instruction or practice of any unfair means in the examination hall will make the candidate ineligible for
admission.

Only non-programmable scientic calculators are permitted. All other electronic devices/ paper/ log books are not permitted.

Candidates will be short-listed on the basis of their VITREE score. The result will be intimated by Email/SMS and also available
at www.vit.ac.in on or before 14.6.2017

Short-listed candidates will be called for an interview on 24 June 2017 at the selected campus, 2016

No TA/DA will be provide for attending entrance/counselling.

The candidate should produce this Admit Card at the time of counselling, and on demand whenever necessary

Even though it is permitted to write CBT based test based on online application, candidacy may
be cancelled if found not eligible.
