Frapps
The guest expects an order that is made correctly.
Ensure drinks are filled to the fill line.
Smoothies are available with or without yogurt.
The Strawberry Banana Smoothie is a smooth and delicious drink Wash hands
made with real fruit pure containing real strawberries and
bananas, lowfat yogurt and blended with ice.
The Mango Pineapple Smoothie is a refreshing and flavourful drink
made with real fruit pure containing real mangos and pineapple How long should you wash hands? With
juice, low-fat yogurt and blended with ice. what?
The Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie is a satisfying and tasty Wash hands for 20 seconds with Foaming
drink and is made with real fruit pure containing real blueberries Antibacterial hand soap, rinse and dry. Rewash
and pomegranate juice, low-fat yogurt and blended with ice. at least once per hour or after contamination.
Frapps are prepared without yogurt
The McCaf Coffee Iced Frapp is a smooth and creamy drink
made with coffee, dairy and ice that is well blended
The McCaf Vanilla Chai Tea Iced Frapp is cool, sweet and
unique, bringing together vanilla chai flavours including cinnamon,
nutmeg, made creamy and sweet and blended with ice.

Smoothies
Preparing One Smoothie or Multiple Smoothies of the Same Flavour
NOTE: If a snack size Smoothie is included in your order, you can
make up to 3 Smoothies. If a large Smoothie is included in your
order, you can only make 2 Smoothies.

Loading Product
1. Read it 6. Mark it
Touch screen will indicate product is empty. Mark bag with secondary shelf life:
Smoothie base - 14 days
Low fat yogurt base - 7 days
Iced Coffee base - 14 days
2. Remove it Vanilla Chai base - 7 days
Remove empty product bag from cabinet and discard.

7. Return it
Return product bin to its position in the cabinet.

3. Prepare it
Wipe the inside of the product bin with a clean, sanitizer-soaked red
bar towel.
8. Press it - Taylor Machine
Press Menu.

Then press New Product Bag Key

Press appropriate product. New product will begin priming.

4. Tear it
Open the cap on the product bag and tear it off.
8. Press it - Multiplex Machine
Press OK on the touch screen. This will reset the inventory.

5. Place it
Place the bag in product bin with spout down. Position the rear
groove of the spout on the product bag into the front slot of the
product bin. Make sure it is properly snapped into place.

Prime if necessary.

Loading Ice

Clear Blocked Line - Taylor
1. Read it 6. Press it
Touch screen will indicate product line is blocked. Pressing the Main key from the Beverage Selection screen will
display the Main Menu screen.

2. Fill it
Fill cleaning bottle with warm McD Sanitizing solution.

3. Remove it Press Prime Product Line key and the Flavour Select Screen will
display.
Remove product bin and product bin shelf.
Squeeze the cleaning bottle to fill the cleaning tube with sanitizing
solution.

Press the appropriate product key while squeezing the squirt bottle.
A bar graph screen will show the progress of the priming.
NOTE: Watch for product to enter the pitcher.

4. Prepare it 7. Repeat it
Install the cleaning tube on the fitting of the clogged product line. Repeat prime function until line clears and product enters pitcher.

8. Return it
Remove the cleaning tube from the product line fitting. Insert product
bin shelf and product bin back into unit.

NOTE: Ensure CO2 Valve is open and in down/on position.

Insert the bottle adaptor into the end of the cleaning tube.

bottle. Watch for product to enter the pitcher.

6. Repeat it
Repeat prime function until line clears and product enters pitcher.

7. Return it
Disconnect squirt bottle with vinyl tubing from product inlet.

Return product bin to its position in the cabinet.

Transfer ice using an approved sanitized ice bucket.
Ice hopper cover removed just prior to pouring ice.
Pour ice and immediately reinstall the ice hopper cover.
Loading Product
Remove empty product bag from cabinet.
Clean inside with a clean sanitized soaked towel.
Open the cap on product bag.
Place the bag into the product bin. Mark with secondary holding
time.
Return product to its position in the cabinet.
Prime the line that was changed.
Clear A Blocked Line
Fill cleaning/squirt bottle with vinyl tubing with very warm water.
Remove product from bin.
Connect cleaning/squirt bottle to product inlet.
Place pitcher
Prime product.
Repeat until product line is clear.
Return product to its position in the cabinet.
