FAST GROWING ORGANISATION
ISDC INTEGRATION PROCESS UPDATES
It has been nearly four months
now since Endava and ISDC
officially joined forces. In that
time there has been a lot of
discovery and planning work
done. We have also simply
chosen to do a lot of things
together both socially and work
related, e.g.:
Kick-Off events a A
combined event in Cluj in
September, one in Sofia and
most recently the combined
event in Frankfurt which
included our colleagues from
Hilversum.
Welcome Days, Discipline
community gatherings, a
good number of parties;
Thanksgiving Charity event,
Kids Party, the upcoming

This is the goal of our
integration project; to join forces
- bringing together the proud
histories of both companies but
creating the future together.
Integration does, of course,
mean a number of
organisational, process and
system related changes which
take a while to implement in full.
Over the coming months some
of these changes will become
more visible; starting in January
with the integration of email,
intranet access and the office
rebranding in Cluj, Sofia and
Hilversum.
Organisationally, there is much
similarity already so the main
aspect is aligning roles across
Support. We are shaping a new
AGU with a base in Hilversum
and key staff in Central Europe,
bringing the Sales & Marketing
team into the sector based
model that operate across
Endava and, through the
adoption of the Business
Winning Process and Clearing
House, will enable the new
AGU to work our other Delivery
Units as well as continuing to
use Cluj and Sofia. This
process of partnering AGUs and
DUs for individual opportunities
will also help us in growing
Sofia where, quite soon, we will
start working with other Endava
AGUs. In Cluj too we are
looking to grow while combining
as a single Delivery Unit with
multiple offices around the city
including Targu Mures - this
part of the integration involves
the most people so will inevitably
take the longest to complete.
Full integration also means
integrating our support services
(IT, HR and Finance) and
adopting common systems and
processes. Key milestones are
planned for March and April
when Network and Systems
Integration will enable common
development tools to be used
across the company and the
ongoing Finance Transformation
project will incorporate the
additional business units
enabling standardised reporting
and planning and budgeting for
FY1718.

On Tuesday 1st November, the
same day as Colombia's
President Santos' state visit to
the UK, Endava Bogot officially
launched its operations.

event to tell the local Colombian
community about what we were
identified a number of aspects of
work done in ISDC in areas such
as Quality Assurance,
Leadership Development,
Engineering Community and
Practices which we will want to
add to our backlog of process
improvement.
All this of course, means a lot of
hard work and Id like to take this
opportunity to thank all of you:
not only for work directly
connected to the integration itself
but for continuing to deliver a first
-rate service to our clients.

An intensive journey, which
started on the 4th of July, when
we landed with no office, no
people and no operational
processes. We were definitely
out of our comfort zone!
After four months we had
managed to establish our first
office with the normal look and
feel of other Endava Offices,
where smart and trusted teams
were delivering solutions to
complex problems and
international customers. Our
team, which had only a handful

of people in July, had grown to
40 people. We had our first
client visit from Buzzpoints, a
US customer from Austin,
Texas who had engaged us for
Agile development services on
their new loyalty rewards
platform.
The journey from empty desks
to independent engineering
teams, who were already
delivering solutions to
international clients, is what our
guests found extraordinary -
especially given the short
amount of time since we had
been in the country.
A significant part of our early
successes have been down to
the PDR team, local Finance,
Office Administration and Core
Leadership, working together as
One Team....and a bit of luck.

BREAKFAST WITH OUR CEO
I met John for breakfast on a
shiny beautiful morning at the
beginning of December while in
London. I had thought for years
to interview John as I always
knew he was more than just the
CEO of Endava.
John is passionate about
business and definitely likes
what he does but he equally
values people and wants them
to be the best that they can be.
I invite you on a journey to
discover why John #ismore than
the CEO of Endava.
[AA] Good morning, John and
thank you for accepting my
invitation to go through this
interview today. I am really
pleased you accepted this
challenge as the reason which
stands behind it is related to our
campaign #bemore and we
want to know more about your
passions and who John
Cotterell is behind the CEO of
Endava.
I. Background and early
career
[AA] You are now a CEO but
they say everything starts in the
childhood. How would you
describe your childhood?
[JC] When I was 3 my parents
went to Hong Kong and I spent
10 years growing up in Hong
Kong. And then we went to
Kenya and spent 6 years in
Kenya and then they went to
Nigeria about the time I went
onto University. So, I spent my
early years doing a lot of

traveling in a happy family
upbringing.
[AA] And later, you went to
University, graduated Civil
Engineering in Bristol and did
an MBA in Business, at
Manchester Business School.
What was your first job after
graduation and what did you
learn from it?
[JC] Yes, I studied Civil
Engineering in Bristol. My first
job after graduation was at a
company called Arup which is
one of the best consulting
engineering companies in the
world. I think in your first job
you learn about
professionalism, how to operate
in the commercial world; you
learn about how to present
yourself; you learn about how to
communicate in a work
environment; you establish a lot
of the working standards that
you carry with you through the
rest of your life. Arup was a
good company that laid solid
foundations and set high
behavioural expectations for
me.
The reason I did the MBA was
because I love business and
during the four years I worked
as an engineer I discovered I
was more intrigued by the
business challenges of it
hence an MBA at Manchester
Business School. Most
business schools focus heavily
on case studies but Manchester
had a lot of group work and they
found local companies for
students to dive into solving real
problems which is why I
wanted to study there.
[AA] Hoskyns and the
Scottish Highlands, what can
you tell us about that?
[JC]: After my MBA, I got a
job at Hoskyns in IT which was
a good move; they are still
around today as part of Cap
Gemini. Hoskyns were very
good to me. Every time I
wanted to go and do something
else they gave me the
opportunity to do it; so I worked
as a Project Manager and then I
worked in Marketing, and then
Sales, and then ran a Business
Unit and then at one point I said
 I wanted to set up a new
business line for them, in
Business Process Outsourcing.
And they said yes, we want to
get into that but we dont have
any investment money. So they
sent me off to make it happen,
with zero investment.
So John went and did it.
Scotland offered EU grants for
businesses which created jobs.
John used the grants to set up a
BPO operation. The first project
was actually with the Local
Council in the Scottish
Highlands.
[JC] Not only did they fund it,
they actually got us work. That
was back in 94. When I left in
98 the business had grown to
be 450 people. And thats what
gave me the bug to start new
businesses.
[AA] Was this around the time UK will know from Dragons stood up from behind his desk

[JC] Alex and I did a deal and he invested through the only time I ever saw him in

 The journey continues
We hit a big bump in the road
when we tried unsuccessfully to
break into the product market,
learning the big lesson that
launching and marketing a
product is a specialist job and
costs many, many times that of
creating the technology i.e.
Being good or having a good
product is nowhere near
enough to be successful!
In 2006, major change
happened when Alex Mann
announced they no longer
wanted to be in the IT business
and wanted to sell their stake in
Concise. We didn't like the idea
of another company controlling
our future so after a long
afternoon in the pub and many
beers and lots of worrying about
how we would pay the wages
every month (all those
mortgages and rents) we
decided that together we would
buy the Alex Mann
shareholding. Our passion at
this stage was finding new
clients, delivering well to our
established clients and earning
enough to pay the wages every
month. It was quite a tough time
and it would have been easy for
any of us to just go and get a
normal job. We could: A. have
stayed small and specialist; or
B. change and grow and
become a serious grown-up
business.
We decided to go with the 2nd
option.
[AA] We are now over 3500
people. Probably a lot of them
joined in the last 3 years and
would like to know how Endava
was born.
[JC] In 2006, Concise merged
with Compudava in Moldova.

Thats where Valentin, Vasile
Nedelciuc, Radu, Ira were. A
few months later AGS in Cluj-
Napoca joined and people like
Teo (Torgie), George
Anghelache, Dan Cristian,
Florin Barna and a lot of the
guys we still have today were
part of Compudava and AGS.
Between 2003-2006, people like
Steve Harding and Nick Tarling
joined. We were so joined-up
as a team, very focused on
working out our destiny. And
now we could say we were
operating internationally.
The name Endava comes from
2 word roots, en, the Greek
word for in and Dava Geto- fear people might mishear what
Dacian word for fortress,
strength. Hence, we called it
Endava meaning basically in
strength. If we started in
Macedonia, maybe wed have
been Enkale! (Kale being the
Macedonian word for fortress).

In a world that is moving fast
with changing attitudes and
expectations we positively see
ourselves not as followers but
very much as leaders in terms
of our business approach and
how we look at the world and
help our clients and our people
be successful.
Endava is no longer a small
group of people feeling our way
in the world. It is all is us - all
3500 of us - growing bigger and
more confident with every step
but still grounded enough to
never forget the things that
matter to us, our clients and our
people. We make mistakes, we
always have, but we learn and
they help us grow and get better
at what we do.
Johns mission
[AA] I know we do look at
commercial and educational
aspects when we decide to
develop Endava in other
markets around the world. At
the same time, you choose to
do business by making a
positive impact in our clients
and peoples lives. What is the
message you want to send out
to the World?
[JC] I probably need to take 3
steps back before I answer this
question. There are a lot of
perceptions out there; and we
all know perception is reality. I
dont tend to talk about my
underlying drivers very much for
Im saying, because of their own
preconceptions. But here it
goes! I am conscious I do
things in a certain way, I enjoy
business, I do have a business
brain, and thats a fair point, but
I also have a life which is
founded on my belief in God.
[AA] What does that mean for
you?
[JC] Fundamentally I believe
that God exists. Responding to
God gives purpose to life; we
dont have to do it but we can
choose to do it. And along with
that, I think there is a perception
that God cares most about
sacred things (prayer, worship
etc), and that He is not
interested in day to day life. I
dont agree with this perception.
I think he actually wants to help
us have and make an impact on
the World for good. To show
what he is like if you will As it
happens I dont know a lot of
people in business who think
this way so Im very much
learning. So, what does it mean
for my behavior, for my choices,
 what does good look like? Im
not claiming to be perfect and
do things perfectly here, Im just
on a pilgrimage, trying to do this
right, in a way that works for
everyone at Endava.
Lets take Moldova as example
- when Concise merged with
Compudava in 2006. Yes, from
a business point of view, we
could create opportunities, there
were great technical people
who could create great
technical things for our clients.
But we were also excited about
making an impact in the
country, even if with a small
organisation like Endava, at the
time. When I say impact, I dont
just mean creating jobs, though
I know this is important to
politicians and we hear a lot
about this is their speeches. To
me, though, it was also about
creating a Leadership style and
skills and capability that actually
would impact at least our
industry in that country and
possibly go wider than that. This
is what we wanted to spread
wider as part of our vision. Its in
our values, and this is what we can be and we care about our II. Passions and family

What are some of the nice
places you sailed and enjoyed?
[JC] I have sailed across to
the Channel Islands, along the
coast of France, in the
Mediterranean, then on the
Black Sea, down to Varna and
Balcic with some of the people
in Endava which was really
nice.
[AA] What can you tell us
how you met Tracy, your wife?
[JC] I do sometimes say that
when I met Tracy she didnt
remember me. She didnt
remember me until the second
time. And the second time we
met, she bought me a drink
which was countercultural at
that time in the UK. And when
we got married, I was a
struggling student doing my
MBA course and she was a
successful Planning Director in
an advertising agency. So I
always say, I got all her assets
and she got all my debts which
is not so romantic :)

[AA] How would your family
describe you?
[JC] I think theyd say Im
generally calm but sometimes
something of a maverick. I know
that if Im concentrating on
something its not easy to get
my attention - Im very capable
closing off the world and
focusing on what Im thinking or
doing. I can imagine for my wife
and children that must
sometimes be rather frustrating.
But we have a happy family and
Im so proud of our three
children - Alastair, who
graduated Classics at
Cambridge and is currently
working on a Law degree in
London; Michael and Isobel are
both studying in Canada this
year. Isobel studies History and
Middle Eastern studies and
Michael Human Geography.
And we have 2 cats who dont
even know their names even
though they are now 10 years
old.
[AA] What is the biggest
lesson you learned in life and
which you would pass on to
other people?
[JC] Dont shy away from the
deepest questions of life
because, whether you know it
or not, they affect everything
you do.
[AA] Have you ever met the
Queen?
[JC] I havent met her in person
but my daughter Isobel has, and
my Mum too.
[AA] Why do you like cheese
and tomato sandwiches so
much?
[JC] I just like simple food,
like stews, steaks, and chips.
[AA] Christmas holidays are
coming. How are you going to
spend this Christmas?
[JC] Because the twins are in
Canada this year were going
out there to a ski resort area
where we have rented a house.
All the kids are coming with
their friends. A house full of
Brits and Canadians :)

ACROSS THE AMERICAS
A lot is happening in the New
World. All across the
Americas we continue on our
path of growth and success:
We have our first handful
of clients who are
successfully being delivered
out of Bogota.
We have new clients in the
frozen north of Canada and
continue to expand our
presence within the US with
our first hires in the Rocky
Mountain city of Denver
Colorado.
Last month at the Global
Gartner conference, one of
our projects, lead from our
Mendham offices was
recognised as one of the
most imaginative and
innovative use cases of
digital in the Retail industry.
NEW APPOINTMENTS
DELIVERY MANAGER IN BELGRADE
I would like to inform that
Vladan Konstantinovic is
appointed as DU Manager in
the Belgrade location (BGD) as
of 1 January 2017. Vladan has
been with the company for over
15 years and performed in
various projects delivery roles.
Iulian Antonovici will
continue to provide support to
Vladan in his new role for the
next 3-6 months being a co-DU
Manager of the Belgrade DU.
There will be gradual transfer of

We kicked off the month of
December by showcasing
Jarvis, the latest innovation in
Payments test automation.
Developed as part of a joint
project between Endava,
Worldpay, and HP, the solution
integrates HPs testing tool suite

BEAZLEY & ENDAVA HACKATHON
Between the 4th and 6th of
November we were happy to
host the first Beazley Group &
Endava Hackathon in
Macedonia.
Five teams from Skopje and
Cluj took on challenges
proposed by Beazley.
We enjoyed seeing how our
teams brought innovation in the
Insurance sector during 36
intense hours of work. Having

It is time for another update on
the work of Internal Projects
Group (IPG). The purpose of
the group is unchanged and we
still encourage and oversee
internal change projects for
Endava, with a focus on internal
innovation and research.
With almost 2 years of
experience, the group is
running on a smooth monthly
cycle of reviewing new requests
and reviewing the status of
projects that are approved and
underway.
In order to give us all visibility
over our internal projects,

any internal project which will

listened to some great music
and actually even had a great
karaoke night party. And all of
this culminated with a bunch of
sleep deprived and groggy

projects with the funding and
support needed to make them
successful. Historically, without
IPGs support, quite a few
internal projects have started
successfully but then found it
difficult to get completed.

Collaboration tools are
fantastically important to making

countries, time zones and

collaboration tool constantly
changing. At Endava weve
invested in a range of
collaboration tools and its worth
reminding ourselves what theyre
all used for, so we use the right
tool for the right job. The main
tools we have are:
Skype for Business links
us by voice and chat
messaging (with group chat
messaging planned for later
date). This is for information
that is current for minutes at a
time.
Yammer our organisations
social media system, allowing
us to form groups and chat,
share short lived content, post
photos and videos, comment
on each others activity and

need licensed software in
order to use them in our own
Cloud, while Amazon makes
these available freely, only
paying for what we consume.

CODE4PITESTI HACKATHON 2ND EDITION
When you mix technology,
innovation and passionate
people, you get awesome
results!
The IT professionals in Pitesti
accepted Endavas challenge to
participate in the Code4Pitesti
Hackathon 2nd Edition and,
on the 10th and 11th of
December, worked together to
make a real change in their
community.
We had 7 teams, each of them
with ideas and enthusiasm. The
Vikings team won the
competition, with Pitesti la
Pas (Pitesti on foot) - an
interactive application on phone
or web that shows what is
happening in Pitesti: events,
concerts, restaurants,
gatherings, etc. It can be
configured to do practically

everything, highly scalable and
dynamic. It Includes areas like
maps, ratings, comments and
administration. The team used
technologies like Angular, Ionic,
FireBase, Cordova, HTML5, JS,
Material Design, Google Maps,
NodeJS, Gulp and SASS.
The second place was awarded
to the Undefined team, with an
app called Parking Slot
Spotter - a system with camera
and raspbery that can film a
parking lot and detect free
parking spots. They worked with
Java, Spring Boot, MySQL,
AngularJS, BashShell Scripting,
HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery and
Bootstrap.
The Cyborgs team presented a
device in prototype phase called
SuperEar. The device can be
used by a person with hearing
disabilities and it shows from
where the sound comes. In the
future, it can implement as a skin
sensor and it will allow the
person to learn sounds and
directions based on what he
feels.
The prizes are meant to help the
teams to further develop their
ideas and grow their technical
expertise: tablets, eBook readers
and technical books.
All teams will receive support
from Endava to develop and
implement the solutions
generated during Code4Pitesti/
Hackathon. Hack Nights will be
organised for this purpose and
will take place monthly, in
January and February 2017, at
the Endava office in Pitesti.

Iasi, a one-day masterclass
where Endava was represented
by Eoin Woods, who delivedred
the Timeless Skills for the
Modern Architect presentation.
Software Architecture Day is a
workshop designed event that
takes place in 4 cities around
Romania, which reunites
software architecture
professionals, IT field
enthusiasts and international
specialists.
This event, was a great
opportunity for the local IT
professionals to interact with a
range of complimentary
architectural approaches and
techniques that the practicing
software architect can draw from
and combine in their daily work,
to ensure that systems are
created with a strong and lasting
underlying architecture.
The content of the course draws
on the best of the last 20 years
of academic research in
software architecture, but is
fundamentally rooted in proven
industrial practice based on the
25 years of experience across
product engineering and the
financial industry. The goal of
the day was to provide
attendees with an introduction to
a range of practical techniques
that they can take back and
starting using immediately on

SOFTWARE COURSE FOR IT STUDENTS IN CHISINAU
When we talk IT, we imply an
extremely fast paced
environment. The learning speed
and relevance associated to it
must be adjusted accordingly,
which is not always the case in
the local academic medium. In
an effort to align the university
curriculum with the realities of
practice, a group of Endavans
from the Testing Discipline
accepted the challenge to design
a special course in software
testing, which has been
launched at the end of October
at the Technical University of
Moldova.
A laboratory has been set up
with computers donated by
Endava and after a rigorous
selection, 12 students from
years 2, 3 and 4 have been
selected to attend the course.
The course runs for 3 months
and will feature three modules:
Software Testing in a Nutshell,

Automation Testing.

event dedicated to senior IT

for engineering positions, you
are very much aware how little
fresh graduates know about
latest software development
trends, methodologies and tools.
Moreover, new hires very early

we gathered after the event was
positive. The participants
appreciated the fact that this
edition introduced a more
technical topic, which required

seen on commercial applications
are quite different from

solving on university classes and

For these reasons, universities
are very often being criticised for

about the future trends in
technology, accordingly to their
specific specialisation: from

The event was a good
opportunity for the local IT
community to interact and share

- Faculty of Mathematics in

Belgrade. Few years ago they
launched the Friends of our
Department programme in
order to promote and stimulate
collaboration with leading IT
companies that are present on
the Serbian market. At this
moment, there are 32
companies that are actively
participating in this
programmme, Endava being one
of them. In August, we started
the discussions about the
preparations of an introductory
course for software testing which
will be part of regular curriculum
for 3rd year Computer Science
students as an optional course.
We enthusiastically accepted the
challenge, organised a work
group to define the course
content and in a few months we
had complete plan in place and
started with lectures on October
7th. The course is named
Introduction to Testing and it
ENDAVA GIVES ADVISE @CAREER DAYS IN CHISINAU
The ICT Career Orientation is
that kind of event when the
impact is palpable and
immediate. The event took place
in the Technical University of
Moldova and gathered more
than 300 students to meet local
IT companies. The Endava team
was present with both a
company booth and insightful
presentations. Our colleagues
from the PDR team shared
advises and tips on how
students can become our next
interns and even hires. A crowd
of curious youngsters gathered
around the Endava spot to find
out more about our culture,
expertise and opportunities,

covers software testing concepts
and strategies, along with
established best practices, to
teach students how to test
software in a complete and
systematic manner. The first part
of the course is designed to
explain in more details the role
of testing in the software
development process and to
introduce basic test concepts.
The second part is in the form of
a workshop where students will
be able to get hands-on
experience with some of the test
tools/frameworks: Selenium, Kali
Linux, JMeter, Jenkins. The
course is 28 hours long (2 hours
per week) and every topic is
presented by a different Endava
trainer who is the expert in that
specific test area. A final exam in
Pass/Fail grading form will be
held on the last course day and
exam questions will be defined
and graded by the Endava
hoping to be part of it one day. In
the presentations stream we had
four speakers who delivered two
presentations: two colleagues
from the AM discipline, Cristina
Purice and Denis Chircu,
rocked the stage with an
explanatory and cool
presentation elaborating on the
topic of alternative career paths
in IT. The students were also
introduced to the concepts of
Applications Management and
DevOps and all the interesting
roles that these imply.
Another presentation that was a
blast and had a full house was
the Home Automation one,
delivered by Nicolae
trainers. Initial feedback is great:
around 30 students signed up
and lectures are well received
both from professors and
students. Everyone included in
this effort hopes that we will
meet everyones expectations
and deliver useful course which
will help students to get better
understanding of modern testing
practices. Getting back to the
university classroom and talking
in front of the blackboard was
fun (and a bit strange) and I
guess all of us are having more
respect now for our former
professors (teaching is hard
work!).
All in all, this was a very valuable
experience for all of us and
looking forward to more
opportunities like this in the
future!

OOP WORKSHOP FOR OLYMPIC STUDENTS
This December, in collaboration
with the Faculty of Mathematics
in Iasi, we organised a
workshop dedicated to the
students with excellent academic
results, enrolled in the final years
of studies.
The topic of this two-hour
workshop was Prototypal Object-
Oriented-Programming using
JavaScript - OOP principles as
seen through the eyes of a
JavaScript developer,
delivered by two very passionate
trainers, Andreea Stanciu and
Iulian Burtila.
The 15 participants attended this
workshop and the feedback from
both the students and trainers
was positive. First, they all
enjoyed a tour of the office and
after that, they went through the
agenda with the two trainers:

OOP Emulation gone wrong

The workshop is at its first
edition and aims to have an
impact on students passion for
IT, while interacting with
Endavas culture.
The initiative of launching this
workshop came up during a
Round Table event organised by
the Faculty of Mathematics in
Iasi, who invited key people from
all local IT companies to present
their internship programmes
targeting Mathematics-
Informatics students.
We hope that through this
initiative we were able to
establish a collaborative
relationship with the Faculty of
Mathematics and we are looking
forward to organise many other
workshops and student
programmes in the near future
for other faculties as well.
These kind of events represent
great learning opportunities for
students who want to see what it
actually takes to work in the IT
industry and what the main
disciplines they could focus on
are.

Organising such a large event
was more complicated than I
expected however it was
generously rewarded by the
attendees who flooded the
presentations and by seeing all
of those Pokmon masters
roaming around the office. Also
my presentation was streamed
to other Endava locations as well
which helps a lot in sharing
knowledge not just between the
Chisinau employees but also
employees from other Delivery
Units which is awesome.

This year, in Cluj, we began a
new initiative that we hope will
become a new tradition.
Rejoice Month is all about cre-
ating great moments and experi-
ences. Starting one month be-
fore the winter Holidays, we
come together to share the joy,
take the time to be grateful for
all the good in our lives, be kind-
er and trigger some smiles.

What was new this year?

Developer: This was the first
time we connected both
Chisinau offices and had a
stable video and audio
connection. We also managed to
invite colleagues from Iasi and
Bucharest to join in at some of
the presentations. Cross DUs

goals for future editions.

Thanksgiving in the Global
Village is already one of our tra-
ditions and every year its amaz-
ing to see how we become even
more excited and involved. Yet,
again, we cooked traditional

Alexandru Catariov: We began
with the end in mind. The
Closing Ceremony of Dev Week
2016 was organised for the first
time outside Endava. We chose
a venue for its nice mix of central
location, good gastronomy and
pub-like, informal setting. We
were very glad to see our
colleagues enjoying the evening.

The activity was a big hit as eve-
ryone was happy to get cool T-
shirts, mugs or gadgets and
were looking forward to the next
one.
Together with our friends from
Blythswood, we also got in-
volved in Shoebox Appeal and
managed to gather over 100
boxes with gifts and best

wishes and pass them on to
kids, youngsters and adults from
all around Romania.
Another beloved activity that
brings the holiday spirit and
makes us get creative, is getting
together to decorate the Christ-
mas trees. It was a great way to
take a break, spend some quali-
ty time together and of course,
create wonderful tree decoration
designs. And we havent
stopped at that. With the same
mix of holiday cheer and creative
vibes, well be designing our
very own artsy, winter decora-
tions during our Winter Decora-
tions Workshops.
Last, but definitively not least,
our annual Christmas parties
give us to chance to relax and
have fun together. The first one
was the Kids Christmas party, on
the 8th of December, were to-
gether with the little ones we en-
joyed the purest moments of
happiness, met Santa and were
amazed by magic tricks and joy-
ful games. Were looking forward
to having a blast at our Fantasy
Christmas Party, on the 16th of
December, with holiday vibes,
great music and even better
company.
Until then, we continue rejoicing
and cant wait to share more bits
and pieces of this magical time.
