Responsibilities Responsible for market making of vanilla options and structures approved by RBI for Rupee options to both customers and interbank market and running Bank Rupee option book. Quoting and covering both vanilla and exotic options in G10 currencies to customers. Actively involved in developing trade ideas for any client's requirements. Negotiate and execute Currency derivative with clients using a variety of trading. Become a consultant with respect to idea generation, market insight, exposure management, instrument usage, liquidity access, and other execution oriented tasks. Always continue to expand knowledge/proficiency in different instrument types including participating in continuing education programs and regularly interacting with the sell-side on new products and innovations. Maintain a constant vigilance of technological, regulatory and other developments to ensure our execution process remains highly valued- added, compliant and representative of best industry practices. Review and complete all relevant administrative documentation such as end of day trade reports and commission reports, and liaise with various supporting functions (Investment Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc) as required. Assist senior trading staff with the development of new trading staff. Educational The candidate must be minimum graduate from a recognized university in Qualification Mathematics / Finance or its equivalent. Experience A minimum of five years of experience working on Forex option trading desk; experience of working in the financial markets through an investment management company or Bank is preferred. Knowledge of the Option market, trading characteristics, and factors influencing price trends and fluctuations. Experience of running at Option book for at least 2 years for any reputed financial investment company of Bank. Allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting.
