ANSON Check Valves

NOV manufactures four types of ANSON Check Valves that

suit many applications from valves suitable for temporary
flowlines to valves suitable for in-line maintenance in fixed
applications.

All NOV ANSON Check Valves have a unique identifying

number and are supplied with full material traceability as
standard at no extra charge.

TOP ENTRY UNION ENDED SWING

CHECK VALVE
This NOV ANSON Valve has been designed and manufactured
particularly for use with portable temporary flowlines where
NOV ANSON 3 Fig 1502
a highly cost effective valve is required. It is suitable for

pressure and comes with Fig 1502 Female x Male Union ends
as standard.

The valve is manufactured from a cast steel body and is fitted

with rubber coated internals. This style of check valve is very
economical in purchase and maintenance costs.

API 6A TOP ENTRY SWING CHECK VALVE

NOV ANSON API 6A Top Entry Swing Check Valves are
manufactured to a high specification from closed die forged
steel bodies with Stainless Steel internals as standard. They
are available from 3,000 psi through to 15,000 psi working
pressure in sizes from 1m to 58 depending on pressure
range.

End connections are usually Flanged in accordance with API Top Entry Check Valve
6A, however, other end connections such as Hubs or Unions
are available. This valve is designed and manufactured in
accordance with API 6A. Product Specification Levels (PSL)
1 to 4 are available and they all can be supplied in any of the
API material classes suitable for temperature classification P
through to U as standard or K, L or X to order.

IN-LINE CHECK VALVE

The NOV ANSON In-line Check Valve is available in two
designs, a Swing Check Valve or a Dart type Check Valve.
Both of these valves offer compact design and are suitable
for pressures up to 15,000 psi, available in sizes 2 and 3.
The use of high specification materials and lightweight
construction make them ideal for use with high pressure
portable treating iron. They are available in several types
NOV ANSON 2 Fig 1502 FxM In-Line
of Union end configurations and come complete with full Flapper Style Check Valve
certification.
