    Google earth image showing coordinates of the Morales project site with visual
    reference to air port tarmac. The riverbed is lined by the green vegetation and passes
    through the Morales property just below the steep slope that was cleared. Cumulative
    impacts from from another unsustainable project is also visible in this photo to the west
    of the river. This project (Jorge Santiago) engaged the same heavy equipment operator
    now partnered with Morales.

    Morales Categorical Exclusion applied for and granted same day after notification of intent to
    sue. New data base does not reveal how long these permits take to obtain.
