Resume Cover Letter

Peter Drucker once said, The best way to predict the future is to create it.

I believe this statement to be profoundly true. There is a true power in motivating change through self-
will, determination, and leadership.

I truly believe that the basis for building and managing a successful organization is through building
relationships with those who work within the organization and with those whom we serve. Throughout my
life, I have worked to develop leadership skills that serve, inspire and empower others. Only in partner can
we truly align with an organizations mission and vision, to make a profound impact.

I bring an extensive background in development and community relations, talent acquisition, retention
strategies, labor relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. As you will note from my
enclosed resume, in my current role I have led key initiatives in reducing employee-related legal action by
maintaining employee engagement and morale through the development, implementation, and application
of fair and equitable policies. I am also experienced in restructuring, branding and optimizing the company
website and developing numerous retention programs to support the workforce and minimize turnover. My
leadership skills have allowed me to initiate various compliance training programs to include standardizing
practices, produces and development of Human Resource audit tools.

I am now looking for a challenging new position. My strong motivation and educational background allow
me to succeed in all professional challenges. I would love the opportunity to interview for this position. I
