 2. INTRODUCCIN
Este proyecto es la estrategia que se plantea para que los aprendices de la especialidad de
mecatrnica automotriz, desarrolle las competencias relacionadas con la administracin del
servicio de mantenimiento automotriz, con parmetros definidos en la gestin de calidad, la
productividad y la satisfaccin del cliente.
