Dear Sir/Madam,

I am honored to apply in your organization because I have been seeking for the good
opportunities working in the field of corporate sector. If one were ask to my friends to
describe me, they would describe me as a very pleasant, diverse, active, trustworthy, witty
and smart woman. I think one of my remarkable qualities is the diversity of experiences I
possess. I am a humanities student from arts and liberal science. I am a woman filled with
good working aptitude and interest in administration and office management. I also have
a passion for traveling and understanding different cultures of the world. I am a self-
motivated person and matured enough to have scrutiny of others. All these elements have
given me a very broad outlook, with varying degree of knowledge, which will help me to
become an honest and eligible subordinate of your organization.

This is to inform my personal and educational background for the forth-coming

opportunities. I have completed my M.PHIL degree in English with intra-subject
curriculum and based on the skill acquired in the subject " Contemporary Management
in second semester, and scored CGPA 3.90 on a scale of 4.00 in second semester and
CGPA 3.68 in first semester of the academic year 2016. I have also done my master
degree in English from Padma Kanya College. So, I affirm that to possess a very good
English background with command and fluent speaking ability. During my volunteer
teaching career, I helped a local school by joining as English teacher, where I taught
English language concepts to small children. Later, I joined a teachers training for joyful
learning, conducted under joint venture program by ETC and CERID project. Then I
taught English for three years. In the year 2014, I started my +2 teaching volunteer
services, as an English lecturer at St. Lawrence College. And at the recent, I have been
teaching English for Bachelor students at St. Lawrence College since September 2016.
My mother tongue is Nepali and I am fluent in English too.

I strongly feel that these experiences and qualifications have given a foundation to my
analytical skills. I have also learnt to apply my ability to thoroughly analyze a problem in
order to find viable solutions. I feel I am suitable for playing any role as a faithful and
trustworthy subordinate of your organization. I have a great deal of skills and enthusiasm
for forth role. However, I am looking for the opportunity to work in office administration.
I consider myself to be a friendly, efficient and enthusiastic worker for the given
