Amtrak beliovs such action isin clear voltion of our agreements with LIRR and thatthe [LIRR as no bass to sek compensation for such costs from Armtak. ‘Refusing to pay Amurak the money required to maintain PSNY will not solve the station's many challenges. What it will do is harm the thousands of commuter eailroad passengers wi pass hough the station each weekday aboard nearly 600 LIRR tens, and the New York Cty and State economios that
