Message from Chair
Adventure Emirates was founded on the purpose of promoting UAE experiences to the travellers coming
for a holiday. Adventure Emirates believed tourist needed access to relevant information, local contacts
and pictures to be able to choose the tours they would like. As a Board Member for the last five years, and
Chair for the past year, I have witnessed the significant growth in the awareness and use of Adventure
Emirates.

New programs, such as the UAE Tours Guides serve to inspire and connect tour guides across the UAE to
serve the tourist better and it allow the tourist to choose their preferred guide with the offered languages .
Also it serves as profile pages for tour guides in UAE which help and support across the UAE community.
Robust content, such as Adventure Emirates blogs, info-graphics and city guides allow tourists & local
residence access to increase their knowledge, while the ask the destination experts to provide useful
information to plan their holidays and their journeys in UAE

to be relevant, accessible and the leading source for UAE travel information, UAE travel guides and
Connection with tourism business eco-system.

Emirates Adventure is our parent company and have been

serving German & English market more than a decade. The
key partnership with major hotels, travel agencies in
Germany, Hotel desks and Government partnership give us
the flow of the guest where we deliver the best possible
rates and quality service.

Rezdy is our booking technology provider. Rezdy provide us

with the perfect tools to handle our booking perfectly. And
because Rezdy platform we uses an open API, it is easy for
suppliers or agents to integrate internal systems and web
applications with our booking engine.

Recently Adventure Emirates partners with feefo and

working on collecting genuine feedback from all those book
our tours across UAE. Thousands of brands trust Feefo to
independently collect reviews from their customers and
those customers know that Feefo reviews are the real deal.

Secret Arabia is one of our sister company founded by one

of our founder Jacqueline Salaouatchi. Secret Arabia is the

special tours in Dubai. Jacqueline Salaouatchi is one of
Adventure Emirates senior German guide & destination
experts in UAE & Oman
East Sand Tourism is our Dubai ground handling partner
founded Essa Ahmed. Essa is one our senior destination
expert and head of Safari operation. Essa had been living
in Dubai more than 25 years and from the day he came
to Dubai he is in Safari operation.

Royal Shaheen Events is our partner for all our Falconry

experiences, United Arab Emirates. We have been involved
with falconry in Arabia for well over a decade and have
established a track record that is unparalleled in our
field.By combining traditional and modern training
methods to hone our birds skills and fitness to perfection,
we create a truly unique and unforgettable experience for
our clients..

Mleiha is Sharjah partner who are prime entity in Sharjah

desert activities and offer visits to Archeological sites. We
offer all the activities of Mleha at our website and Mleiha
guides take the guest deep into the deserts of Sharjah
where guest discover the secrets of the region's ancient
Bedouin culture.
Highlights 2016-2017
To better serve Adventure Emirates community, Adventure Emirates strives for excellence in its services,
Desert tours and activities, romantic dinners, falconry experiences travel information and special UAE
tours. Ending February 28, 2017, Adventure Emirates finished another year of growth and improvements
in developing ways to better serve holiday comers and residence to & in United Arab Emirates. Below is
an overview of Adventure Emirates achievements this past year

Adventure Emirates excels at guest satisfaction by providing excellent guest service combined
with a wide range of products and services to meet the changing needs of holiday comers and
residents. Throughout the year, guest satisfaction remained above 91 per cent paralleling the
performance of the previous three years
A total of 15,898 guests were served by Adventure Emirates in 2016-2017, a 14 per cent increase
over last year. This includes 30,215 inquiries total inquiries, 16,171 phone inquiries, 2,317 guest
served through e-mail & direct booking through website 11,637. Adventure Emirates also saw a
32 per cent increase in online bookings and a 65 per cent increase in phone inquiries
Adventure Emirates introduce book now and pay on arrival feature, which help the tourist to
book their tours instantly with their credit cards details and having the facility paying on arrival.
All the travellers feel comfortable to book with us and during the customer survey 53 % guest opt
for book now and pay on arrival, 27 % online payment & 20 % opt for on the spot credit card
payment option
Adventure Emirates partner with Rezdy, to manage all the products & availabilities in one place
with the modern booking software. It allows the entire product managers to upload and manage
all the tours more efficiently. Reservation team uses the modern manifest facility to cross check
the bookings with the operation team.
Also Adventure Emirates partners with Feefo & working on collecting genuine feedback from all
those book our tours across UAE. Feefo help companies and brands listen and connect to their
customers; giving them the tools to create better experiences, improve their products and grow
