OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

Memo No 8
Series of 2017

TO: All Employees

FROM: The President

SUBJECT: Company Dress Code

DATE: March 29, 2017

In recent weeks, I have noticed the lack of attention to our company policy regarding the
proper dress code.

For Monday to Thursday, regular employees should wear company uniform. Official
female company uniform must be worn with black closed-heeled shoes. Male
employees should wear dark pants, blue/black socks and black/brown leather shoes.
Probationary employees should wear corporate attire, the uniform being the standard.

For Friday, civilian clothes for all employees. Sleeveless blouses and t-shirts with
printed logos, jeans, sandals, and athletic shoes are not allowed.

Please be reminded that following our company dress code is a must.

Thank you.

Technical Writing: Business Application is a fun subject. I learned many things

(writing resume and different kinds of letters, preparing for a job interview, etc.) that I
know I can use for future purposes. Learning these things would not be possible without
our professor, Dr. Susan S. Dominguez. I am really thankful that she is our professor.
She taught us in her own way, without relying on a book and just using her knowledge
about the subject. I am really satisfied of what I learned from this subject because I was
able to gained knowledge and experience things that would really help me.

B.

I had a lot of experiences in this subject. One of the experiences that I would
never forget is when we had our mock interview in Bayanihan Center. Even though it is
a mock interview, I felt so nervous at that time knowing that big companies would
interview me. It took me a while to approach the companies for interview. But as I
finished the interview, I realized that it is not that hard. It is not hard if you really know
your capabilities, your strength and yourself. And as long as you are confident about
yourself, you can answer all their questions easily.
