Important Terms & Conditions of Max Bupa Loyalty Rewards Program:
1. Redemption Requests once made cannot be cancelled

2. Gift Vouchers (GV) may be applicable only in select cities and/or select stores, purely at the discretion
of the concerned outlets. Before placing a redemption request, members are requested to check website
for the valid outlet list displayed against Gift Vouchers. Max Bupa will not be liable to replace redeemed
GVs, if they are not accepted at city/stores falling outside the uploaded GV Outlets list

3. In case of redeeming Gift Vouchers, please use the vouchers within validity period mentioned on
voucher. Max Bupa will not be able or liable to replace/validate voucher usage/seek validity extension
from the Merchant.

4. In case of damage of items during transit OR wrong item sent OR difference in request & items
received etc, please contact Max Bupa Loyalty Helpline at 011-4545 6999 or mail at
loyalty@maxbupa.com within 7 days of receipt of gift item/voucher. Max Bupa will not be able or liable
to pick-up or replace the items, if query is raised beyond this 7 day period.

5. All descriptions and features mentioned by Max Bupa are as confirmed by the manufacturers on the
date of listing on catalogue. Max Bupa offers the products on a best effort basis & the company cannot
be held liable for any dispute arising on product features or performance.

6. Disputes if any arising out of the product or usage of the same needs to be taken up with the
manufacturer of the product.

7. Colours & Features of the redeemed product dispatched are subject to change basis stock availability.
