The entrepreneurial team is formed by 3 business administration students who are keen to implement

in practice, the theoretical matters learned in school and start on the entrepreneurial path. The business
idea relates to the artistic and artisanal idea, area in which the students would mostly like to perform.

: As in my parents company I saw them always working with patterns and design, I wanted to develop
my own designs, this time in matter of graphic design for the products developed by the company. Also
Ive witnessed the necessity of loyal employees who would devote their time and energy to the
company mission. Because I was able to work in my parents fabric, I would be able to best understand
the necessity of good business administration.

: I believe that each person should be integrated in the normal life, regardless of their disabilities.
Helping deaf-mute people would enable the company to better understand ways to create devoted
employees, to create a mission which would gather the entire team into following the same values for
the team. Graphic design has been an area which started to self-learn for a few years, working in
programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, Correl. For this reason, I would be able to develop the companys
models and template for the photographic products.

: I always enjoyed working with people, and I was interested in starting a social business that would
help people adapt to the normal labor force. Once we developed the idea of working with deaf-mute
people I took deaf-mute language lessons, in order to be able to better communicate with the
employees.

Due to their interests, Alexandra will deal with the administrative aspects, like talking with the suppliers,
dealing with the bureaucratic matters, managing the companys opportunities of development as she is
to be the administrator of the company.

Raluca will handle the implementation of new graphic models for the products, by designing them in
special programs, analyzing the market demand, and handling the website page.

Denisa, would be the HR person dealing with the employees to best understand their necessities and
trying to be ease their connection with the customers through the web page. Shell also handle the
salaries and hiring process.

None of the entrepreneurial team does not speak fluently the deaf-mute language, which is a main
source of communication for the company. For this reason each member of the team is to follow a
course for this matter and exercise the learned things in the working environment. For this reason, the
employee would get a feeling of belonging and have a feeling that instead of them understanding the
other people, the entrepreneurial team would adapt to their lifestyle.

The team composition is not to change over time, as each member knows best its role and key
expertise, as they would focus on best applying the materials learned to their working environment.
