 SUBPROCESO DE APROVISIONAMIENTO

Es el conjunto de operaciones orientadas a la adquisicin de los materiales necesarios para la

actividad de la empresa, as como su almacenaje, a la espera de que arranque el proceso de
produccin o comercializacin. El objetivo del proceso de aprovisionamiento es suministrar
al departamento de produccin los bienes adecuados y al departamento de ventas los
productos finales que comercializar.

Subprocesos en la planeacin del aprovisionamiento

La planeacin del aprovisionamiento, conduce a la utilizacin ms eficiente de los recursos

disponibles en el proceso de produccin, de manera que se puedan lograr los objetivos
mximos que estn al alcance.

Una vez definidos los objetivos de la gestin de inventarios y descritas las tcnicas de
previsin de demanda y determinados costos de stock, se procede a la elaboracin de un plan
de trabajo que consiste en la previsin, comprobacin y regulacin del tiempo invertido en
las distintas operaciones que comprende la fabricacin de un producto.

Subproceso anlisis, medicin y mejora del aprovisionamiento

La medicin, anlisis y mejora es un aspecto comn en cualquier sistema normalizado de

gestin, ya que aporta el fundamento y el planteamiento sistemtico que soporta la mejora
continua en su rea correspondiente de gestin, como la de la logstica en nuestro caso.

Para desarrollar estos procesos de mejora, es necesario medir y analizar previamente el

rendimiento del sistema de gestin logstica en general y del desempeo de sus procesos en
particular. Para ello, se aportan los siguientes elementos:

Generalidades: la funcin logstica debe planificar e implementar el seguimiento, anlisis

y mejora necesarios para asegurarse de la conformidad del sistema de gestin logstica, as
como mejorar continuamente su eficacia y eficiencia.

Auditora y seguimientos: La funcin logstica debe planificar y realizar auditoras al

sistema de gestin logstica para asegurarse de su continua y eficaz implementacin y
cumplimiento de los requisitos especificados. Los resultados de la auditora deben
comunicarse a las partes involucradas dentro de la direccin de la organizacin.

Para facilitar el seguimiento de los procesos del sistema de gestin logstica, especialmente
en el apartado de procesos logsticos operativos, se proponen una serie de indicadores que
puedan servir de orientacin a las organizaciones en el momento de realizar la medicin y
el seguimiento de sus procesos logsticos.

 THREAD OF PROVISIONING

It is the set of operations aimed at the acquisition of the materials necessary for the activity
of the company, as well as its storage, waiting to start the process of production or marketing.
The objective of the procurement process is to provide production department goods sales
department and appropriate final products to be marketed.

Threads in the procurement planning

Planning of supply, leads to more efficient use of resources in the production process, so you
can achieve maximum goals which are available.

Once defined the objectives of inventory management and described the techniques of
forecast demand and certain costs of stock, proceed to the elaboration of a plan of work that
consists of forecasting, testing and regulation of the time spent in the various operations
which includes the manufacture of a product.

Thread analysis, measurement and improvement of the supply

Measurement, analysis and improvement is an aspect common to any standard management

system, since it provides the basis and the systematic approach that supports continuous
improvement in their corresponding area of management, such as the logistics in our case.

To develop these improvement processes, it is necessary to measure and analyse previously

the performance of the system of logistics in general management and the performance of
their processes in particular. To do this, the following elements are provided:

General: the logistic function must plan and implement the monitoring, analysis and
improvement to ensure the conformity of the system of logistics management, as well as to
continuously improve its effectiveness and efficiency.

Audit and monitoring: The logistic function should plan and conduct audits to the logistics
management system to ensure their continued and effective implementation and compliance
with the specified requirements. The results of the audit should communicate to the parties
involved within the leadership of the organization.

To facilitate the monitoring of the processes of the system of logistics management,

especially in the section on operational logistics processes, we propose a series of indicators
that can serve as guidance to organizations at the time of measurement and monitoring of
their logistical processes.
