Abolish Reservation in Govt. Jobs
India got independence 63 years back, the zamindari system

was abolished , We got our own Constitution but soon it
became hostile of politicization and Article 15 was amended
providing for clear caste based discrimination. Subsequently
Art.16 was also amended allowing the State to discriminate in
employment matters also. It was OK but now in the 21st century
now the handicapped govt. is again moving towards caste
based census to increase the reservation in jobs beyond 50%.
God has given everything for human need but

nothing for his Greed
The democratic Govt. is moving towards a new kind of

dictatorship under the guise of Democracy. Rather it is
exercising its Autocracy. If the govt. can catagorise the society
into SC, ST and OBC then I am not shame of calling myself the
Forward Caste(FC).
I am sorry speaking like that, but Being a Citizen of India I have

the Constitutional Right To show my dissatisfaction towards the
Govt’s Policy. I pray to Her Excellency to Provide the Backward

Casts 100% Reservation in the Govt. Jobs. The this independent

country where everyone has borne equal , every incumbent
Govts have tried to divide the society at the very root level i.e
at the student level who are regarded as the future resources
of any Nation. And by dissolving the Poison of Castism among
students the Govt is trying to nurture a Plant which grows with
the discriminatory ideology and attitude and which after
getting absorbed in the mainstream is working not towards
harmonizing the the social ambiance rather they are more
polluting the system which is clear from the fact that there is a
lack of accountability in the whole governance of Indian Union.
A lots of time have elapsed since independence. Now I
want to ask the Incumbent Govts. If there any limits to there
biased policies?? We the forward Castes also are the Citizen of
India. India is our Motherland But the Indian Govts Educational
Policies are Aggravating our hatredness towards the Indian
Political System. Our Constitution Which is Supreme in our
Country has become hostile in the hands of our Corrupt
Parliamentary Politics.
A new kind of Slavery
System is being Circulated by all the incoming Govts by
discouraging the Forward Castes in joining the mainstream
Governance, By creating a lots of hurdles in the selection
process for them in the Various Competitive Examinations.

What is the real picture of the Forward Castes

in this Independent India??
The Govt. is providing 50% reservations to the backward class
on the ground that there population accounts for not less than
the 50% of total population. And the present announcement by
the Govt. that Now this Percent have Increased drastically , So
they need reservation beyond 50% in Govt. Services. The Very
Question arises that,
Should increasing the population be Rewarded???

If it is so then The Forward Castes Should also Increase their
population and claim reservation in the Jobs.
Who is Backward???
It is highly regrettable that the definition of backwardness have
been a highly Corrupt Definition So far given and is still being
under circulation. Our System define Backward as those who
are Socially and Educationally Backward, which is highly
Irrational. Our Hon’ble PM is an economist, it is ridiculous to
say that how can he avoid the economic factor from the
definition of backwardness???
Again In Present Day Who is Backward?? A Person who has no
money even to meet his/her two time meal, who are homeless.
These people are the Backward classes irrespective of any

Phrase as to the SCs, STs, OBCs or the FCs. A person who

belongs to the SC community But having a lot of Agricultural
Land , servants in their house Belonging to their own
community or other are still within the definition of socially and
educationally backward community. If such Backward
Communities despite being capable of educating their children
are not sincere towards the Education It is not the Fault of the
Forward Castes. Why should they suffer for this???
Again All FCs are not prosperous. Even they donot have money
to fill up Examination forms/ Application Forms for the Govt
Jobs and Educational Institutions. But in this Independent
Country they have been deprived in all possible ways from the
Govts. Support. Merely defining the EBCs is not sufficient.
There is a great departure in theory and Practical.
How Forward Castes are being Exploited???

See how reservation is exploiting the Forward Castes. Example
in Civil Services Examinations:-

1) The Forward Castes(FCs) have no identity in Indian Govt.

Jobs.
Indian Jobs designates only General Category and not
the FCs. It means that even Backward Castes(BCs) can fill
up the form under General Quota Apart from the 50%
reserved Quota thus Depriving and Discouraging the FCs in
Joining the Mainstream by weakening their opportunities
even under the Open Seats, which is highly discriminatory.
It means We are hardly competing for only 25% seats or
even less.
2) Encroachment by the BCs the Open Seats.

Judiciously BCs applying under reserved
Quota Should not be given the benefit of Open Quota
even if they secure marks at par with the Gen Categ. But
this is not so, the limit of discrimination has surpassed its
own limit to the extent that if a BC apply under the reserve
Quota Get the marks at par with the Gen Categ. They are
counted not under the reserved Quota rather they
encroach upon one General Seat. This is an Open Ended
Injustice that the politicians are doing with the FCs. Such a
practice is a fraud over the very due process of Selection
Procedure and is the violation of the very Administration
of Justice and is highly regrettable.

Justice says that the people applying under

the concerned Quota should be governed by the Principle
of Estoppel i.e they should not be allowed to deny
subsequently that they are BCs. And hence they can’t avail
the benefit of open quota. If they want to get benefitted
under Open Quota, they will have to apply under Gen
Categ. And not under the reserved Category.
But in practice the FCs are Being Cheated By this
Governmental Policy. And it is a big Shame that our
Highest Judicial institution the Supreme Court of India has
also became Handicapped on the concerned point and is
behaving just like a deaf and dumb Institution without any
teeth. It is looking all this maladministration but is silent
thus Declining our trust in the popular Judicial System as
Well.
3) Number of Attempts in the Civil Services Examination:-

One thing I want to ask the head of
this union that What is the ground for depriving the
Forward Castes/ General Category Student for appearing
in the examinations beyond the four Attempts. And What
is the rational behind providing unlimited and Seven
Attempts to the BCs as the case may be??? Is this not
discouraging and suppressing the feelings, emotions,
sentiments, and the aspirations of the General Category /

FCs Students from achieving their goal and to satisfy their

dream of becoming a Civil Servant??? Has the Parliament
Gone Mad??? Are they not able to see the tears of Open
Quota Students???
4) Judicial Pessimism:-
The highest Place of Justice the SCI
have shown a gross Pessemism on the reservation issue
and have also so far supported the discriminatory policies
of the Govts. The Popular Principle to which I am also
agreed with i.e,
Unequals Cannot be Treated Equally,
The Basic Question is Who is unequal in the present

society??? I am not a Brahmana But I have seen very
oftenly on the railway Stations and many other public
places the Brahman Pandas as also the Pandits who is
working as a Pujari or wandering hither and thither for
Jalavishek , are these people although belonging to the
forward Castes are Socially uplifted Persons in real sense
simply because they are respected in the society???? No
Certainly Not. The Kayastha Samaj who although belongs
to the FCs, has no source of livelihood other than Service

and who believe in the strength of their Pen and

Intellectuality are Socially uplifted people ???
I am sorry to say but the present independent India
is the rule of Backward Autocracy and not a Rule of Law. It
is continuously violating the Principle of Natural Justice.
I want to raise My Voice
on behalf of the Whole Forward Castes Community that
Please provide Justice to us. So far the Governmental
Policies have shown that there is a Planned Conspiracy
under the guise of the present Fictious Democratic
Governance to take a Genocidal Steps by all the
Incumbent and would be Governments to eliminate the
Forward Castes from this society either by compelling
them to commit Suicide or by converting their castes
through Intercaste marriages. It is a planned conspiracy
against all the Forward Castes.
Our Demands :-
1) Abolish reservation in the govt. jobs
2) Bring the national level educational reform by
universalizing the pattern and syllabus of academics
throughout India.
3) Pecuniary support to the deserved not on the basis of
socially and educational backwardness, rather on the
Economic Backwardness criteria.

4) There should be CBSE Pattern of education and no other

Pattern of education throughout India. And this should
be made available alongwith quality education to all to
the grass root level of country.
5) When it comes to competition, remove all kinds of
reservations and treat all students equally without any
kind of discrimination. This will certainly gradually boost
the sense of social solidarity and will bring the various
social groups more closure to one another.
6) India needs not the Total PrivatiZation of Education
Rather there must be PPP model that should be
followed securing the universal treatment as to the
quality to all by applying the common regulatory and
administrative norms across the educational institutions
throughout India. Cultural Safeguard can be secured by
allowing linguistic liberalization to our Education
System.
7) Make the number of attempts in the competitive
examinations equal to all students without any kind of
discrimination.
8) Provide the economically backward students concession
in filling up of the various application forms irrespective
of the castes they belong. Poverty has no Caste and
Religion. So they cannot be deprived merely because
they belong to FCs.

9) Remove the Terms SCs, STs, and OBCs from the

Constitution of India AND instead Use the TERM EBCs
only as Poverty has No Caste and Religion.
10) Let the students of this free India feel a Sense of
Equality in its spirit when there is a time of
examinations in various competitions. and donot leave
any discriminatory approach which compel them to
think as to SCs, STs, OBCs or General Categ. Kind of
discrimination. Give them Equal Environment . This will
certainly increase social solidarity which is quite need of
the present day. We Should not increase social ditches
by aggravating the reservation issues, because
Exploitation of any kind will and have Exploded so far
into the shape of a social revolution. Let this revolution
in the way towards Nation Building and not hatredness
towards the Castes.
11) Provide to all of us FCs also equal sense of freedom in
this Free and Independent India to the extent that we
can feel that we are not the slaves of this present
backward autocracy. Allow the Democracy to conquer in
its true Spirit.
These are our dream

and please try to safeguard our interest otherwise the

time is not far that the Forward Caste Revolution would

take place in order to ensure our freedom in this present
autocratic fictious democracy.
