Direct Sales Coordinator, 2008 - 2010
Assist in the day-to-day daily operations of order entry and fulfillment in increasing sales
of Comcast products and services in a residential environment as well as maintain
required record keeping and reporting of all sales and service activities.
Key Results:
5 Played a key role in seeking new customers through various prospecting methods
through direct mail (creating flyers, door hangers, etc.,) in efforts of increasing sales
volumes of company’s products.
6 Fostered a teamwork environment conducive to positive dialogue across the technical
and dispatch departments to ensure timely fulfillment of work order. Personal efforts
were cited as the driving force behind improved communication for customer and
employee satisfaction within a department where high incompletion rate was the

ensuring that company did not pay for contract sales costs for which contracted
