Taxspeaker Selects Thought Industries to Deliver Learning to Large B2B

Taxspeaker will be leveraging the Thought Industries Learning Business Platform () to scale
the B2B side of their business and provide robust education to accounting and tax professionals.

Boston, MA, June 27, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Thought Industries, one of the fastest growing online learning
companies and creator of the first Learning Business Platform today announced a new partnership
agreement with Taxspeaker, a continuing education company for accounting and tax professionals.
Taxspeaker will migrate their existing online learning content to the Thought Industries' platform in order
to improve the learning experience and scale their learning business.

Currently, Taxspeaker provides education direct to consumer -- to accounting and tax professionals. The
organization delivers learning via conferences, live and pre-recorded webcasts, on-demand web-based
videos, and self-study programs. Due to the nature of Taxspeaker's content, learning materials need to be
updated on a regular -- or at least annual -- basis. In order to do this, Taxspeaker needed a platform that
allowed for seamless, content updates and course replication across its entire network of learning sites.
The organization will use Thought Industries' robust course authoring and content propagation
capabilities to achieve this.

Taxspeaker will also develop the B2B side of their learning business using the platform's Panorama
functionality. Using Panorama, Taxspeaker plans to license existing learning content to large
organizations by creating custom, branded learning experiences. We are excited about switching over to
